Love the cabin love the location weather was beautiful best time ever
We were very satisfied with our stay. It was the perfect place to get some rest and relaxation after a hard days work. Cabin was very clean. The hot tub was just what we needed to relax at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful property and great location. I would definitely stay here again.
The cabin is nice but the small galley kitchen doesn’t have a dishwasher, so bring paper plates. Also the bedrooms upstairs are in a loft so they are open to the lower level and don’t have doors.
Overall, this stay was just what we were looking for. The location was just out of the way enough to be off the beaten path, but close enough to eclectic shopping and outdoor activity to not be on the road for half the experience. Starting with the house, be very aware driving up to this property because it is quite literally a gravel, one lane road for about a half mile to the house. Once you arrive at the house, it is just secluded enough for all your needs. Getting into the house was a challenge. The code lock wasn’t working and we didn’t know about alternative ways to enter the home. We had to call the customer service number and because this property is managed by a larger outfit, we had to wait on hold for a bit to get someone to help us. However, once we got into the house, we were able to settle in pretty quickly. It’s a small place, but has many cozy amenities. The hot tub on the deck was ideal for us. The outside fire pit was a great place to relax. There was a little confusion and how to properly light the gas fireplace, but after some sleuthing, and some back-and-forth by messages, we were able to figure it all out. I would suggest that they offer a bit more in the way of instruction on the fireplace and that they tell people of the alternate way in through messaging after booking. We were very close to Clayton where we could shop and enjoy the restaurants there. We ate well, enjoyed Tallulah gorge, state park, and overall had a great time.
The cabin was perfect, quaint, quiet, with so many perfect touches. The back deck and hot tub are a lovely oasis. Just a quick drive up to Clayton for dining, drinking, and live music. Can’t wait to come back!
Great stay! Will book again
Great cabin a little off the beaten path. Super clean and has everything needed for a weekend getaway. Would be nicer if the upstairs loft had a bathroom rather than both bathrooms being downstairs.
