Rustic Retreat, Private Hot Tub, Lake Views

Wonderful home that is suitable for a large group!Everything was as expected we would definitely rent again. Adam was always available if we had questions.

The house in Branson was excellent. The house layout is really nice. There are three levels which allowed our family of 20 plenty of space. The furnishings are really nice, the kitchen is laid out well and stocked with everything that you need. The downstairs was a hit with the kids with the ping pong table etc. Everyone also loved the hot tub. The kids also spent a good bit of time at the indoor pool which was really nice and it was close to the house. I highly recommend this property. The host was very responsive prior to, during and after the rental. Great experience.

The property is clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with hand soap, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen was well stocked with paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and garbage bags. The view is beautiful and the furniture is all very comfortable. We highly recommend this for a big group.

The one thing my family look for when we stay anywhere is cleanliness and this place was just that. We especially love that each bedroom has their own bathroom, which works out well for everyone. The checkin was super easy and the host was easy to get a hold of. Will definitely come back.

The house was wonderful and spacious and very clean. It had plenty of room for the 4 families that stayed there and each room had its own bathroom which was nice. The complex was nice. My only complaint would be the location. It was a little further out than we expected so the nearest store was about 15-20 minutes away. It was a little tough to get to with winding through neighborhoods and trailer parks. The view of the lake would have been wonderful had it not been for the storage sheds surrounding the back of the houses. If this house/complex was located somewhere else I would definitely return. If you don't care about location then the house was perfect.

Our stay was fantastic. The property was clean and well furnished. We stayed for a ladies retreat and everyone commented on how perfect the place was. The decks and hot tub were an added bonus! We will definitely return! It was such a blessing!

Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Plenty of seating for large group. Spacious and comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for privacy. Very nice facility. Would stay there again. Highly recommended.

This was a great meeting place for our family from VA, KS, and TX. The home was just as described and met our needs. We enjoyed the two separate living areas, the hot tub, and ping pong table. We also liked the location as it was easy to go to Branson for attractions.

Great location. Boat ramp close and easy to use. Very easy to work with and communication was great. Available when we need assistance.

We had 3 families that stayed, and it was the perfect set up. Plenty of beds and bedrooms. We really liked that each room had their own bathrooms. The pool was perfectly located and the blackstone was amazing for our meals.

We had a great time. The property was perfect for all the people we had staying. Our issues were addressed right away.

The property is wonderful for family gatherings. Seven bedrooms with seven baths, spectacular views, close to the pool. We took our children, spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren. It was a great place to make many memories.

We staying at this lovely home with a large group of family. 10 adults (18 to 86) and 5 kiddos (5 to 13). I have to rave about what a fantastic experience this was. The property itself has 7 bedrooms (comfy beds) but I think a well thought out convenience was there were bathrooms attached to EVERY bedroom (except the bunk bed room). The kitchen made cooking meals easy and the kids loved playing ping pong and the outdoor pool practically out your front door. They even went to the indoor pool on a Rainey day. The host responded quickly to one minor issue (tv remote) and the week went quite smooth. Close drive to all the Branson attractions and the lake view was beautiful. I would DEFINITELY book again without any hesitation. Wonderful property and host.

From the moment I booked the property, Adam was very quick to respond to any questions I had. He is very attentive and wanting our stay to be the best possible. All of the family loved this house and would definitely recommend to others. This property has so much to offer and is so well stocked. The best I've ever rented. If we ever decide to come back to Branson, we know where we will want to stay.

This hours was amazing! We used every bed and every room and we were very comfortable. All of our family and friends were asking for a link to the house so they can come back! Great visit.

This is a great house for a group of guys on a golf outing. Nice kitchen, big dining room table and a separate bedroom and bathroom for each of the six of us.

This place was amazing! Plenty of room for our three families, everyone had beds and the downstairs gave a great hangout for the teenagers. We loved the decor, the openness and the manager had constant communication with us, assuring we had everything we needed!

We took a trip to Branson with the extended family and this house was perfect for what we needed. There was space for everyone to spread out and plenty of seating at the table to enjoy a meal together. The kids loved the hot tub, the ping pong table, and the indoor pool down the street. It was a perfect peaceful getaway!

This property is loaded with extras. The 7 bedrooms/7 bathroom were sparkling clean and our group appreciated the comfortable King beds. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner & shower soap. Very nice! The living spaces and hot tub and ping pong were enjoyed by all. This is one of our best VRBO experiences and we travel often!

Beautiful home with all the amenities you will need. Quiet neighborhood with amazing views of lake and surrounding area. Lots of space with 2 living areas and nice deck off main floor with table for at least eight. Enjoyed the hot tub and sectional that walks out from the downstairs. Adam was wonderful to work with. 6 retired ladies had a very relaxing time and enjoyed having our own big bedrooms & baths.

Our family spends one weekend a year in Branson shopping and making fun memories. This house was perfect for us and Adam was wonderful to work with!!

10 out of 10. Would totally recommend. Great house. Great use of space. The beds are super comfy. The Blackstone grill was a bonus and we cooked breakfast for 7 on it. Communication was fantastic. Would stay again.

Fantastic! This was our first visit to the Branson area and we were beyond impressed with this home away from home! The location was perfect with access to Branson, Springfield and big cedar lodge. We had a family of 14 staying in the home and every couple had their own rooms with private bathrooms and plenty of household items available for everyone! The home had a beautiful view of the lake and super easy access to the pool! Very well decorated, stocked and cleaned! We will be back again!

Very clean, great location and communication was outstanding. We had a 7 bedroom and 7 bathrooms for 16 people. We will definitely retun.

My family and I have stayed at my properties in Branson and we loved this one! Location on property was great because you are right across from the pool and have nobody behind you! Also location in town was great there was so much to do around you! Also loved how close access was too the lake and the small market in town.

We usually host family coming to town, however, this year they all came at the same time. I was surprised to find a great rate for a unit that could accommodate 6 adults, 2 adult children as well as kids from 17 down to 2… oh my. The view was fantastic! The kids kept busy from the pool just steps away to ping pong and more. We all enjoyed the hot tub. I can’t thank our host enough- and they stayed in contact making sure we had what we needed. Our fam has decided to make it an annual trip!
