Rustic Intervale Hideaway w/ Deck & Wooded Views!

Nice place.Quiet

The property was beautiful. Had everything you would need for a visit. We did get lost finding the house but was able to find it shortly after realizing we drove right past it. Suggest putting a light on the sign that shows the property number.

The house is in a perfect quite location. House does needs some updates. But the grill and fireplace was nice to have. Pots and pans dishes and all. When we first entered the house had a urine smell maybe from a pet or something. But Marco was very nice and communicated well.

Great space! We enjoyed the grill and the fire pit and the sun room. Convenient location for getting around town.

The proximity to the activities we wished to do was great. It felt surface clean but the house is in need of repair or refreshing. To name a few, tile from the countertop was missing, the trim looked dirty or need of painting, and the provided towels were stained from bleaching. If you have asthma, I wouldn’t stay here. When stripping the beds upon checkout, the pillows and mattress protectors were super stained. Some may not be bothered by these smaller things, but for us, it didn’t make us want to linger or stay again.

Absolutely peaceful property, off the beaten path but not too far with all that you may need including a full kitchen, and Wi-Fi! I do hope to come and stay again.

Stayed with family to do story land. Very close to story land, so that that nice. Property has a lot to do and was great for the kids, added bonus was the toys and finding the gnomes in the woods. Had nice little fire for s’mores!

This was a great location for a weekend trip with a group of friends. Location felt remote, but close enough to town to remain convenient. Rooms and living spaces were clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for several days while on vacation. The house was clean, in a great location, had everything we needed for the week, and very comfortable. Our kids had a blast staying there. They enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables and getting to have their own rooms. It was close to everything we wanted to visit. I would definitely rent it again!

We had a wonderful time at this house. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We took our dog with us and it was perfect for them. We are very thankful to have been able to stay there.

It's a nice chalet style house. Very clean. Great location, close to attractions, restaurants and shopping, but far enough from the main roads so you feel like you are in the mountains.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t spend much time in the space but it certainly felt a little more like you were in someone’s home vs a rental property. Great value if you’re just looking for a place to sleep.

Pictures look like a completely different house… the whole place smells of mildew and artificial lemon. Mold on the windowsills, entire place crawling with ants when we arrived. There’s a broken piece of plastic in the shower screwed in with a rusty nail that’s at child head height. The “game room” does not have a foosball table but a broken basketball game with a wooden plank covering a hole in the netting and there was mouse poop all in the basement.

Nice place to relax with our family and dogs. We had a great time! Kitchen was stocked like they said . Just the shed where you throw your garbage was full of garbage and it stunk.

This was HUGE as it was one of the main reasons for renting a house. I have a child with Celiac & there aren’t a ton of gluten-free options in town. I brought my own groceries yet couldn’t cook for my daughter for the duration of the stay. I called property manager immediately & he answered right away & was very friendly, but I found out later that he lied to me by stating, “that’s weird, the oven not working has never happened before “. I found this to be a lie the next day as I combed through old reviews & there were a few instances of guests informing him of the very same thing. I also followed up with an email to him after trying a few things (including waiting extra time, resetting circuit breaker, etc) but he never answered & never offered any help. It was a major pain trying to find ways to feed my daughter during this trip after something that seems simple & expected like a working oven fell through.Ants in kitchen, unkept yard, no AC even though listed, mold throughout house, broken knobs, bunk bed ladders not attached, musty smell, carpet runner was a tripping hazard

We arrived in a blizzard, were able to find it easily and get early check in as well, which worked out great after the long trip in. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 7 and our dog. Close to both Attitash and Wildcat, we also took the dog for a hike at Diana's Baths and did some shopping at the outlets.

Quiet neighborhood

The place was perfectly located 10 minutes from attitash for our ski weekend. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and dog and the place was very cozy.

We enjoyed our stay. Very good location, right near the town and ski mountain.

We had so much fun staying here. The cabin has everything you need plus a game room and the view off the large deck out back is incredible! We became friends with the boxer

The house was a little more rundown then expected based off the photos but it was clean and have everything we needed. We had a great time and were closed to everything. Communication was easy with the owners.

First, a recommendation to future guests - try to get there while it is light out - the house is very hard to find in the dark (but maybe it was me). We made good use of the outdoor fire pit and there was available wood to burn. We were not quite alone in that there was a family across the street (which made me feel better) The beds were all different - the master bedroom was super comfortable but my friend sleep in a room that had an air mattress. It was OK. We found beautiful places to walk the dogs nearby. We were 35 minutes from the Fryeburg Fair - one of our reasons for going and we were only 15 minutes from the town of North Conway where there were fun places to shop and eat. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed the house. (note: the bathroom is on the main floor so keep in mind if you have bad knees.

Located in the woods was a perfect getaway for our Fall vacation. Property had plenty of room and king bed was very comfortable.
