Black Mountain, North Carolina

While you enjoy a feeling of being far away you have the luxury of being close to so many great experiences... Cabin fever was never a problem even though it was winter time in Black Mountain. We enjoyed shopping on a rainy day and enjoyed hiking around the cabin and ponds on the sunny days. We enjoyed some local restaurants and spending time by the wood stove.
The Cabin was beautiful, very cleaned and organized, cozy and perfect for our anniversary plans. We fell in love with the area and plan to come back with our family to a bigger property and enjoy the surroundings. Leigh was very attentive to my messages and very nice in person when we meet. I appreciate the experience and hope to come back soon. Thanks!
We had a wonderful stay in the cabin. Probably because it was off-season and holiday weekend, it felt like we were the only ones there. The wood burning stove was preset to start a fire and everything we needed was in the kitchenette. We arrived late and missed the entrance, but the owners graciously met us and led us to the correct spot. Highly recommended!!
Great, cozy little cabin that is legitimately in the woods yet only 15 minutes from shopping and excellent food in Black Mountain. Cabin was perfect for the two of us (and dog). If we ever go back to Black Mountain or Asheville, we will definitely stay here again if it is available.
This little cabin was perfect. The hosts thought of everything. The fireplace was fully stocked with wood when we got there. There is a mini fridge/freezer, 2 countertop burners, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot and more. We really enjoyed our stay.
If you want to experience a stay in a real mountain cabin, this is for you. In a great location, near many local attractions!
Amazing cabin. Great area and super cozy space. Will 100% be back.
This is our 3rd time staying at the cabin, we love it!!! Would highly recommend for a step out of the rat race and reconnect to what is truly important.
Peaceful location with easy drive to downtown Black Mountain. Enjoyed the log cabin appeal and nearness to hiking.
Great cabin, easy access to main roads. Can’t wait to come back
The cabin is much nicer than I expected. Very comfortable clean and fully equipped. Thank you for great accommodations!
Rustic romantic and peaceful…if you’re looking for a place to slow your pace, this is it. We enjoyed walking the dogs around the grounds- plenty of gravel drives to explore. Follow those directions closely to find the cabin. And you may want to plan for your dogs to stay separate from you at night, as the spiral stairs are not dog accessible, unless you carry them of course. Peace!
Was a very fun enjoyable time, will definitely stay longer next time, also Very clean and a cozy cabin. Thanks so much and will be back.
