Rustic Cabin Getaway with Hot Tub, Trails & Fire Pit

If you want a place quiet and almost completely secluded this is it! We went for a couple days for our honeymoon and it was wonderful. Everything was clean and welcoming. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed the fire pit. Highly recommended as an escape from the world! We went to Hocking Hills State Park and really enjoyed it. There are small trails at the cabin property that we walked on.

Wonderful situated in the woods, perfect getaway for our small family. Beautiful, clean and comfortable home. hot tub was a great way to relax after visiting the local parks and hiking trails. We had a great time! The cabin was clean, hot tub was clean and very big and the beds were very comfortable! The cabin is beautiful and cozy The cabin is on the top of the hill, away from other cabins. The only complaint is the wifi isn't great but if you are coming out to get away from everything it's perfect! The TV is satellite so it worked great. We had an amazing time

We have stayed at several cabins in this area and agree this was our favorite. Great quality for the price, wonderfully set up for the stay with thoughtful touches, great views, and very private. We passed several cabins on the driveway in, but you couldn’t see or hear anything from the decks. Kitchen was well stocked for our visit. Probably the easiest hosts to work with and the check out process was super simple without the list of chores some places have. We loved it! Absolutely perfect. We will be back!

The communication with the host was very good. He answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. Although the kitchen utensils were lacking (only two teaspoons and a few forks), and the cooking skillets and pans were old and dirty, the stove, microwave, and refrigerator (with icemaker) were new and efficient.The place was as advertised, as it was very private and comfortable.

Everything was wonderful. We are looking forward to coming back.

Great secluded cabin. Very cabin-like unlike some of the listings I have seen. Great location, scenery, privacy, amenities, communication, ease of check-in/out. The wood -burning fireplace is delightful, as is the hot tub. We had a wonderful experience! Definitely would go back! One suggestion to the owners: swap all the lightbulbs to lower wattage warm white. Most of the lights in the place are cold-white and too bright. Feels more like a morgue than a cozy cabin. Having read a similar complaint in an older review, I brought my own warm white bulbs for my stay. A guest shouldn't have to do that. Lighting is part of cozy.

Great place to stay!

Nice hot tub, decent beds! Could use a good de-bugging and dusting! Needs obscenely bright lights changed and a couple more dishes, mugs, and maybe another comfy chair. Over all a nice property and thanks for the stay!!

My husband and I stayed there for our anniversary and it was perfect ! I didn't want to leave. The cabin was secluded and very clean . We are definitely coming back!!! The host was awesome !He made sure that If there were any questions we would be able to get a hold of him.

We were hoping it was somewhat secluded and it was exactly what we wanted. The owner did a great job of providing information on the area. We hope to stay again in the future. We will be recommending the cabin to friends.

The hot tub was perfect, for the hustle and bustle of everyday life to the solitude of the wilderness this was perfect for us.The cabin was as advertised peaceful quiet and perfectly located between local attractions. We LOVED our stay! It was perfect! It was clean, we were supplied with almost all of the essentials (minus food obviously) but the property was beautiful. The cabin was cozy and open at the same time, we felt like we were at home! We plan to come back in the future.

Really enjoyed the remote cabin location. The quietness, roominess of the cabin, amenities provided were accurate for our needs. Spent a lot of time hiking the nearby trails and took in the local Craft Festival, some kayaking, putt putt, ice cream, yogurt, and good food.

Very clean and had everything we needed. The can opener needs replaced as it didn’t work and the mattress was hard but couch was comfy. Great communication definitely worth it.

My friends and I had an amazing couple of days at this cabin! The hot tub and fire pit were great, and the cabin was clean and comfortable. We loved having meals out on the porch and taking in the views. The cabin did advertise wifi under amenities and I was hoping to get some work done over the trip, but unfortunately was not able to since it did not work. Perfect place to unplug for a few days, though! We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!We stayed at this cabin for two nights and three days, and it was exactly the unplugged getaway we needed. The area had very limited cell service, which was mentioned by the owner, but I definitely underestimated just how off-the-grid it would be—so be prepared and plan ahead for directions, food, etc.That said, the peace and quiet was amazing. Nighttime was absolute perfection. The hot tub was huge—probably the biggest one me and my family have ever been in. Everything worked perfectly, and the fire pit was adorable. We roasted marshmallows and hot dogs and just had the best time.The cabin itself was very clean and cozy. The only small issue we ran into was that the sheets on the large upstairs bed had hair on them. Luckily, I had brought a blanket and was able to sleep on top of the bed comfortably. Other than that, everything was exactly as described.The directions to the cabin were spot on, and the owner was super helpful with recommendations. We ended up going zip lining and kayaking—both were absolutely amazing and definitely worth doing if you stay here!Overall, we had a fantastic time and will absolutely be coming back!

Cabin is exactly as pictured, which we appreciated! Clean, comfy, cozy. The location couldn’t be more ideal to everything Hocking Hills has to offer. We absolutely loved the fire pit area, hot tub, and the lights that were strung, lighting up the outdoor area. Check-in/Check-out process was easy. Loved having the washer and dryer, especially with the kids. We would most definitely stay in this cabin again. 5 STARS!! **I would recommend a more sturdy shelf system/corner shelf in the bathroom, for guests to use!! Thanks for a great stay, we can’t wait to come back!

We stayed over my daughter’s birthday weekend because she wanted a cabin with a hot tub! Secluded but easy to get to! Very clean and accommodating! We rented this cabin for a nice spring break stay. It was me, my husband and our 13 year old son. Oh, and our 2 dogs, of course. The cabin was perfect. Secluded, quiet, but with all of the amenities you’d need. Our AT&T service worked there, too, so we were able to be reached if needed. The fire pit was my fav spot, especially with the special outdoor lighting. The hot tub was super clean. We are already looking at dates to go back!

This was a comfy cabin close to Hocking Hills State Park. The hot tub and fireplace were fantastic and the kitchen was nice to have for a family. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay. A great location for pets.

Property and photos are just as described. Hot tub is absolutely amazing! Furnishings and beds are older, making them slightly uncomfortable and feeling a bit dingy or dirty. Overall, very good for the cost and a short stay.

The cabin was very nice! Hot tub was great. Owner was very helpful, we had 8 of snow during stay. He checked on us and got the road plowed. We were able to do some of the hiking we had planned.

Nice cabin. Very private location. Clean inside other than a nasty shower curtain. One of the main reasons for us choosing this cabin was the fact that a hot tub was there for our use. Well it looked nice. It wasn’t in working order. The circuit breaker wouldn’t stay tripped. After a few minutes it would trip out. I reset it several times, (7-10 times). The last time I attempted to reset it it wouldn’t reconnect at all. I contacted the manager about the problem and he asked me to try to reset the breaker, which I did and reported that it did indeed restart the hot tub only having to continuously reset the breaker. This was on Christmas Eve evening. My conscious didn’t want to bother him on Christmas Eve. We went over Christmas, thinking that it might have something saying it was Christmas inside but that didn’t happen.

This cabin was secluded from the others. The trails on the property were very nice.

The cabin is excellent and there is nobody within site from the location. It is a short drive to town or restaurants. We would stay at this cabin again.

The cabin was amazing. The directions were easy to follow. Communication was top notch. The listing was completely accurate. I will revisit this rental.

This property was just what the dr ordered for a girls trip! Perfect size and amenities!! We did notice that only half of the jets in the hot tub worked. Also, when the stove was heating up the lights above the sink would dim.

Lovely place and setting. Problem with towels as it says very clearly in the cabin rules book that you can’t use the bathroom towels for drying off after the hot tub. There were no hot tub specific towels provided so it was kitchen towel or drip-dry. That sucked. We went to Walmart and bought our own towels the next day but a warning would have been nice.

Really comfortable cabin in the woods with lots of privacy. Really neat area of Ohio!

We had a great little family vacation staying at this cabin! We loved everything from the hot tub and fire pit to grilling our food and just sitting outside enjoying the quite outdoors. Most of our destinations were all within a 30 minute drive. Kids loved the beds upstairs!! Great communication with our host! I would recommend and would visit again!

The place upon arrival was spotless and smelled clean. Never saw a bug. It was decorated very nice and had everything needed except for what was told to bring. Hot tub very clean and enjoyable. Had fun at fire pit. Definitely recommend to family and friends who plan to stay in area.
