This beautiful multi level remodeled 4-bedroom lodge is nestled among the pine trees and looking out toward the Sierra Blanca. Ruidoso Rabb can sleep as many as 10 people. Whether you’re in town for a family vacation or a getaway with friends, you’re sure to love its charming furnishings, spacious decks (one of which includes a hot tub), and convenient location.

Ruidoso Rabb provides all smart TV's - Guest provides streaming services. Ruidoso Rabb’s living room sets the mood for the entire home. The cathedral ceiling, brick-surround fireplace, and barn-style door create a relaxed rustic ambiance; the plush sofa, the flat-screen TV, and the oversize leather armchair provide luxurious comfort. If you want to do something a bit more active than watching a movie, surf the web via the free WiFi, or catch up on your reading, head downstairs to the game room to shoot some pool.

When it comes to meals, you have multiple options. You can get cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and eat at the dining table, which seats 6. (There’s also a sweet little table for 2 right in the kitchen, with a beautiful view of the trees and the seemingly endless sky.) In warmer weather you can dine out on the upper deck; the fresh mountain breezes make everything taste a little better. Or you can head to one of the many nearby restaurants. Thanks to Ruidoso Rabb’s fabulous location, everything from tacos to steak to pizza is only minutes away.

While the open upper deck is ideal for warming yourself in the sunshine, the covered lower deck is perfect for keeping cool in the shade. When you’re not sipping coffee and admiring the sunrise as you kick back in one of its chairs, you can luxuriate in its hot tub. A long soak among the massaging jets of water will be especially restorative when you return from hiking, skiing, or fishing. A hot tub is also a wonderful place for reveling in the beauty of the star-studded sky before turning in for the night.

The primary bedroom includes a log-frame king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and a door that opens directly onto a deck. The 3 other bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and share the remaining 2 bathrooms. When you arrive at Ruidoso Rabb you’ll find the beds beautifully made up, plenty of clean towels in the bathrooms, and extra bedding ready and waiting—leave your own linens at home. In fact, because the house has its own full-size washer and dryer, you can pack even lighter than usual.

Be sure to bring your outdoor gear, though. Ruidoso Rabb is just a mile from Grindstone Lake. You can canoe, kayak, paddleboard, and fish on the lake, bike and hike the surrounding trails, and even play disc golf here. In less than 5 minutes you can drive to Grindstone Stables for a guided horseback ride or, in winter, a sleigh ride. If golf is your sport, you’ll be glad to know that the Links at Sierra Blanca is less than 10 minutes away; Ruidoso Winter Park, where you can snow tube in winter and ride the zip line year-round, is only a 15-minute drive. What’s more, Ski Apache, home to ski slopes, mountain bike trails, and the world’s 3rd longest zip line, is just 45 minutes away. As for less strenuous pastimes, the boutiques and galleries of Sudderth Drive, the Billy the Kid and Inn of the Mountain Gods casinos, Ruidoso Downs, and the Hubbard Museum of the American West are all within a 15-minute drive. And because Ruidoso Rabb has parking for up to 5 vehicles, everyone can split up during the day before returning to the lodge at night.
One thing’s for certain: When you stay at Ruidoso Rabb, you’ll never run out of things to see and do, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to kick back and relax as well. Book your stay today, and get ready for what might be your best vacation yet.

Please remember that Ruidoso is a mountain town with snow and icy conditions during the winter. This can affect driving and parking conditions regardless of the property, driveway, or roads. 4x4 or chains may be necessary during the winter months to access your home. Maximum 4 vehicles.

It did not appear that the lower deck had been cleared of pine needles in some time. I spent an hour sweeping. I realize its a neverending job but it would be nice if they were swept a day before at least. It was difficult to take the hot tub cover off without some of the needles falling into the hot tub because it was covered with water and needles. The cover was also in bad shape. There was no skimmer to fish the needles out. The lower deck chair pads were disgusting. No one would sit on them.. A few more chairs on upper .We nearly had a serious emergency when the grease pan under the grill caught fire because it was practically overflowing (we had not even cooked on it, my son had just turned on the burners (1 knob doesnt even work). Apparently just the heat started the fire. The grease pan needs to be emptied periodically. There was only 1 roll of paper towels with no spare in the supply closet so we had to buy one. Same with kitchen trash bags...we bought a box of large trash bags as the outside can did not have any bags and we had used all the inside kitchen bags . 10 people go through a large amount of trash bags. 4 detergent pods was not sufficient for 10 people eating 3 meals/day amount of dishes. We had to do 2 loads per day. We were impressed how well the home was stocked with kitchenware such as pots, pans, kitchen utensils etc. And the accomodations were very comfortable. A very nice, quiet location and perfect for my 70th birthday celebration.

Loved the cabin and the location. Lots of steps, and took a little gettin used to, but worth every step. Close to town, but felt very secluded.

The neighborhood was great and we were close to everything in town. The house is very dated which was not the problem but the house was very dirty from the floors to hand rails , the sofa is an ultra suede and was covered in stains( went to Walmart and bought fabric stain remover and Lysol so we could use it)had not been dusted or cleaned well in a very long time. Bedding covers were dirty. Bloody underwear found under a bed , used needles in another room , master bedroom had dirt and stains on the bedspread. Sheets and towels were good they were from a laundry service. Kitchen was gross and every utensil , glass, pan and plate had food stuck on it. I bring Clorox clean up and Clorox wipes when I travel and we had my 2 grand babies who are 1 so needless to say i wasted a lot of time cleaning so that my grandbabies could walk around. The kicker was the housekeeper had left her name with an envelope to leave her a tip ! When we called to tell the people it fell on deaf ears .

Beautiful place. Every level does have stairs which was not a problem for us, but I didn't notice the description saying anything about stairs. Very enjoyable.

The property is nice, but there are a lot of stairs, so you have to watch it if you have younger kids. There were things that were a bit damaged or dirty, but we enjoyed our stay.
