Ruidoso Cabin w/ Grill - Near Grindstone Lake!

I didnt like it because they didnt have water on the cabin. The city have flood problems and thats why all the area of the cabin dint have water. So we have issues to find water to flush toilet or to get shower. If this is happenning owner or agency dont suppose to rent cabin until fix the problem becauseit is a bad experience

We had the most wonderful stay! The cabin was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect, away from traffic but close to the places we wanted to go. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, answering all our questions promptly. The cabin had a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway. Only suggestion I have is adding some type of coverage to the front and back glass doors for privacy. Other than that, 10/10 experience. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

For a small cabin, the floor plan maximized space really well. Loved the area, totally gorgeous.

This cabin was more than my expectations. We were so amazed of how comfortable and convenient everything was. This cabin was so cozy and very relaxing. The owners were very attentive to all our needs. Very spacious and fully equipped. We enjoyed a beautiful 4 day weekend there. I highly recommend it

It was really cute and cozy! The only thing is the driveway has a very steep entrance. So be careful if you don’t have a 4x4 vehicle. I couldn’t figure out how to start the oven but the stove worked fine. It’s close to the town and we had fun!

Our cozy cabin was great. Cozy, clean and warm. My little one loved it. We made smores and grill the perfect stake. Love it. We will be back soon.

The cabin looked like it hadn't been used it a long time there were so many spiderwebs throughout the house! The chairs around the fire pit were broken we were not able to sit in them. The back door did not lock so they put a chain to keep it closed not secure at all! Did not feel safe especially with small children in the house.

My family really enjoyed the time spent at the cabin. It was cozy and had everything we needed. It was super clean and spacious. The cabin is in a great and peaceful location. Plus it is near the shopping strip in Ruidoso. Definitely coming back and recommending it.

My kids enjoyed everyday that we stayed at little getaway cabin, they fed the deers and saw wild horses! as soon as you open the door the cabin smells amazing and the fire pit is already on and that feeling is indescriptible! Its fully equipped and very clean! I love the quiet neighborhood. We fell in love with this cabin and i am planning to come back as many times as i can to enjoy it with family and friends.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. This was the perfect getaway from the daily hustle of life. The cabin was very clean and it had all the amenities we needed to stay indoors and enjoy our family time with having to worry about going to the store for essentials. The area around the cabin was very quite which allowed us to enjoy the serenity that the Ruidoso forest offers. My kids were able to hand feed deer that walked up to the front of the cabin while we were having a cook out on the porch. Time seemed to have stopped as we enjoyed every minute at the cabin. We will absolutely stay there in the future and recommend the Little Getaway Cabin to all our friends and family.

We had the privilege of being the first family staying at this house and our Thanksgiving could not have been more perfect! This house is perfect for a large family, it has a fully functioning kitchen (cooked my turkey and whole dinner here), it only has one bathroom but if you are like us where sharing was not an issue, you’ll be fine! Although it doesn’t have a heating system, with the heaters throughout the house is enough, you won’t be cold— It was a snowy weekend and we’re perfect. Trust me! Last but not least, PRICE! Compared to all the other houses/cabins the price is great, even though it was a holiday weekend, we paid half of what we would have paid at other places. Give this house a chance!
