Stayed Aug 14, 2025Perfect location for access to the event I was attending and downtown! Walking distance to Downshift Brewery and grocery stores were only a short drive away. The hidden gem looks small from the outside, but it is beautifully kept with plenty of space! Would return for another stay.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024We were so glad to find this wonderful house in a safe area, with regards to the tragic flooding situation that has impacted Ruidoso. The house was so clean and comfortable. So much attention has been given to every detail of this property. The location is great. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on both lovely decks in the cool mountain air. Don’t hesitate to rent this property for a mountain retreat.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home is AMAZING from the time you walk in. Super clean, spacious and welcoming. The master suite was great with lots of room, a beautiful deck and large bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Home is close to midtown and just a short drive to Inn of the Mountain Gods. Host was super nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back to this home.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024Right away, I loved the porch. It was so welcoming and peaceful! When I walked in a saw a gorgeous fireplace!! Everything was spotless. The bathrooms were complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers. Decor is beautiful! Downstairs opens up to a master suite with super high ceilings and modern bathroom with jacuzzi:) The location was perfect, not a long drive to get anywhere. And the scenery was breathtaking! I highly recommend this stay:)
