As part of the Crowne View Heights community, guests of the home will also be able to take full advantage of plentiful onsite amenities such as the outdoor pool, fire-pit, basketball court, and more! Wake up each day to the sights and sounds of nature in the picturesque landscape that surrounds you, enjoying a moment of peace and a fresh cup of morning coffee out on the deck.



In between your onsite exploration, make sure you plan a day or two for a drive around broader Branson. Closest to you is thrilling Silver Dollar City, great for families and adrenaline seekers alike. As you make your way to downtown, check out the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Titanic Museum, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, or Dolly Parton’s Stampede, just to name a few of many destinations. Between mini golf and the virtually unlimited options for dining and shopping, we could go on and on, but some things you just need to see for yourself.



The home’s interior is fit for a crowd featuring open, brightly lit spaces with soaring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. With plenty of spots to spread out or stay connected, everyone will have their choice of how to spend their well-earned down time. Sink into plush living room sofa seating while you settle in for a movie night or spend some time surfing through the channels for your favorite shows on the large, mounted TV. Steps away, a fully equipped kitchen is ready to host all of your culinary endeavors whether you decide to prepare a meal at home or lay out a spread of takeout from a newly discovered local restaurant. Grab a stool at the island for quick bites or to nosh on a spread of afternoon appetizers, while 2 full-sized dining tables can accommodate formal meals, each seating 8. If you prefer to dine surrounded by fresh air, both levels of decking include additional dining options. Get ready to take down the competition in the basement game room featuring a pool table, video game console, and a second living room complete with sofa seating and smart TV. It's the perfect place to burn some energy before calling it a night.



This home comfortably sleeps 20 guests between 7 private bedrooms and 3 queen size sleeper sofas between the living room and basement.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home offers a main-level, walk-in entry.

• Street parking available for up to 4 vehicles.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• The home is not pet friendly.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Fireplace not for guest use.

• This home offers a main-level, walk-in entry.

• Wi-Fi and cable may be spotty at this location.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 5 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 20 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 30! The home is 20 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.



HOUSE RULES:

• Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.

• A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.

• This is a Non-Smoking property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.

• Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a Pet Friendly unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.

• Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.

• Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.

• Do not move or rearrange the furniture.

• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.

• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
