Stayed Jan 15, 2021The cabin was in a remote location with fairly close neighbors. The cabin is nestled at the top of a hill in a cluster of small cabins. The drive in would be very challenging with lots of snow. 4 wheel drive would be recommended. The cabin was small, quaint, but overall not very well kept. When I rent a cabin I expect all the details to be paid attention to. Especially when paying a premium rate for a long weekend. The couch was In disrepair, it lacked personal touches, and had very little for renters to use while staying. There were a few areas in disrepair. The shower and hot tub are very small. The bed was comfortable and the fire place was nice to enjoy. We did inquire about late check out with the owner over the weekend with no response. In general, the cabin is nice and private. Good for alone time, and if you are planning to be out and about a lot. Quite honestly, I would probably not re-book, unless it is last resort.
