This spacious vacation rental comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests andoffers an open-concept main level with vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and entertaining, while the comfortable living area is ideal for relaxing by the fire or unwinding with your favorite show on the flat-screen TV.



The main level includes two well-appointed bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a convenient laundry area. Upstairs, the loft-style bedroom provides additional sleeping space—perfect for kids or larger groups—with multiple beds designed for flexibility and comfort.

Step outside onto the expansive wraparound deck, complete with updated outdoor furnishings, and enjoy the fresh mountain air. After a day of adventure, soak in the private hot tub under the stars—an ideal way to end any Tahoe day.



Located in the desirable Agate Bay neighborhood, you’re just a short drive from both Tahoe City and Kings Beach, where you’ll find great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and year-round outdoor activities including boating, biking, and skiing.



All ABP vacation rentals include high-speed internet, linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and utensils), washer/dryer, and BBQ (summer season).



Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some highlights include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor fire pit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
