Stayed May 13, 2026Overall great location. Cleanliness of the cooking utensils and maintenance of the property needs attention. Numerous items didn’t work or were in need of repair.

Stayed Apr 2, 2026My husband and I were looking for a mountain getaway with peace and quiet for 5 days. We got just that, at this beautiful cabin. Its right on the river, and very secluded. There are 2 master's and a good size living room and kitchen. Lou the owner was amazing and made the booking, check in, too arrival and departure super easy and stressless. He provided 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bath, plus toothepaste, soap and shampoo with body wash. 4 towel sets in each bathroom as well. 2 rolls of paper towels and at leaat 4 trash bags. Enough to get you through at least 4 nights. Kitchen has everything you need as well, even some spices and extras. There are plenty of extra blankets as well. The beds are comfortable enough but maybe could use some new pillows. But i bring my own every time i travel so it didn't bother me. We had a fire every night at the pit on the water and made smores. The hot tub was very enjoyable as well as it was still cool at night. We read all of the reviews before booking and most people's complaints they either fixed or people were just looking for negativity because we did not find any issues. As far as spiders, webs or ants. You are in the woods in a wood cabin and those things can't be perfect but we were pleasantly surprised at how little there were. Lou even called us one night to check on the sugar ants, but we kept everything sugary on the fridge so they were not bad for us. Overall we are thankful and blessed

Stayed Jul 11, 2025From start to finish there was accurate and timely communication. Immaculate inside and everything was in working order. Total privacy. Felt like we were truly detached from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta. Very peaceful.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025Cabin was nice, does nice lots of tlc. First off the check in was delayed due to the cleaning lady being there until 30 min after 3 which was our check in time. The kitchen was pretty spacious, had everything you would need. But there were lots of ants, which got into some of our food. The view was very nice and the fireplace outside

Stayed Apr 10, 2025This is a nice cozy cabin with plenty of room. The river out front provides a perfect soundtrack for quiet retreat. The property is located in a somewhat secluded area with only two other properties beyond it on the road. This means there is almost no traffic. You find that while rentong cabons, you learn that some people just rent their cabons, and some are true hosts. Leo is a host who cares about your getaway. The day before i was scheduled to arrive, i got a call and a new email with updated directions because of road closure reported that day. This host is not over bearing or in your business at all, just passing along critical info and easily reachable if you need anything. I highly recommend this property and this host!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed for a week with another couple. 2 master suites came in handy. Love the deck down by the river. It's on a road but we'd have maybe 2 cars go by per day. The hot tub is nice and big, but needed a part for repair, so it was down for a couple days. The owner was great about offering extra nights to compensate, and good communication from him.If you're wanting a quite retreat away from others, this is a great choice. Def will be back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This cabin was perfect for our family. The host was attentive and caring throughout the stay. Staying riverfront in the Georgia mountains is an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed the hot tub, rocking chairs, and s’mores by the fire pit!
