Cozy is the best way to describe this adorable cabin on the river! It is the perfect balance between secluded and conveniently located. The cabin was immaculate with thoughtful touches. The back patio seating area was amazing even in the winter! We didnt want to leave and cant wait to come back!
Great weekend getaway. Bring yourself and nothing else everything that you could possibly think of is provided. Enjoyed cozy fireplace and boardgames.
The cabins were located in a beautiful area and the hosts were friendly! Beautiful place, will definitely go back!
Stop what you’re doing and book cabin #4! It was super cozy, tucked away in nature and just steps away from the river. We laid in the hammock by the river and took a nap and then took a stroll down the street along the riverside. We visited Estes Park and RMNP while there too & really enjoyed hiking and the taking in the views! Hosts were super nice and accommodating and had the cutest dogs ever!
Rustic
First off, we had a great time! The place had almost everything we needed and the outdoor amenities were lovely - we especially enjoyed the chairs and hammock by the creek. The owners were great with communication and helpful throughout our stay, and even had a pack 'n play set up for us on our arrival. One thing to know: The floor slopes subtly toward the back of the building, from about the middle of the living room on back. This is probably not really a big deal for most people, but I have issues with vertigo so it really messed with me. The rest of my family was absolutely fine. Just something to keep in mind if anyone in your group has problems with balance or vertigo/dizziness.
We had a wonderful time staying here! The owners are onsite and we’re very friendly and helpful! They gave us recommendations on local spots to go to, which was so great!
Cozy cabin in a remote area by the river, definitely the place to go to get away from civilization!
The cabin was nice, situated well away from traffic in a quiet part of the mountains. The wood burning stove provided warmth and the perfect ambience for a cold, stormy evening. A great get away for anyone looking to get out of town and get back to nature.
We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Our hosts are terrific, friendly and did a great job make us feel at home. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a really beautiful area right on a picturesque creek with wildlife and wildflowers everywhere. Simply gorgeous!
The cabin, patio, and sitting area by the river were lovely! They were even more lovely than the pictures on VRBO depicted. The hosts were wonderful - friendly, responsive and very welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.
Great little cabin with everything we needed. It was quite and comfortable. Im not sure I even heard a car go by. Perfect location within 30 minutes of all east side Rocky Mountain National Park entrances. We will definitely be back.
The property was quiet with the amazing sounds of the St. Vrain river out the back door of our cabin. The cabin was a quaint, rustic and amazing views surrounding the cabin. The owners were extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to.
The cabin was adorable and very comfortable and well equipped. It was nestled in the trees and into the side of the mountain. There was a great little patio off of the back to sit back and get lost in the incredible dark night sky. Hosts were fantastic. We loved it ?
I stayed here withe my son during a trip to show him the mountains of Colorado for the first time. I was taken aback at how secluded the location is yet how convenient it is to access the East side of Rocky Montain National Park and Estes Park. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the river I will not forget. The hosts were friendly and informative and gave recommendations on sites to see given it being my son's first trip. The cabin was all we needed and my son love Jenga and the smart TV at the end of a day of hiking.
We really enjoyed this little cabin. It was nice to be away from the bustle and crowds but close enough to go to RMNP and other places easily. Being able to lounge by the little river was a treat. The hosts were wonderful.
We had a peaceful and relaxing vacation at the Raymond Cabins. We got to see a moose near the cabin and watched a resident hummingbird swoop around the backyard. Highly recommended!
A PERFECT little Mother/Daughter get-away to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday. The cabin was so cozy and well appointed with everything we needed. The beautiful river right outside our back door was more soothing than ocean waves to listen to at night before falling asleep. But the best part was the location with Mountains in every direction and such a short drive to such amazing hiking trails, horseback-riding, etc. We easily filled 5 days with things to do. And after a full day, it was so nice to come back to our cozy little home base cabin and just relax with all the comforts of home. Our hosts Sara and Jason were wonderful. It was a trip we will remember for a long time with MANY great memories made. Thank You!
Fantastic place to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes!
Beautiful cabin, everything from nice pots and pans to cook with to plenty of wood and starter for the woods burning stove. We enjoyed long walks in the mountains, morning yoga and meditation by the creek side right out the back door, to cozy days playing games by the wood burning stove. We also did a hike (mount Lilly) recommended in the welcome book, and went to the Stanley for lunch and both were incredible!
