Stayed Aug 17, 2025We stayed in a beautiful house, but it was not the one we reserved. The water heater in the house we reserved burst and the damage could not be fixed in time. The manager gave us a different house in Duck Creek Village (the Great Escape) which was great. The only small issue was that once we arrived, the manager didn’t respond to questions I sent. But the trip was wonderful and the house was great.
