Stayed Aug 29, 2024Almost hate to post this. The cabin is amazing, I kinda want to keep the secret! I've used Airb.... These folks are worlds better. From the beginning, they provided excellent customer service. Good communication, helpful beyond measure, really quick responses to my questions. I'd have a concern and the responses almost immediate! The team of people helping me was amazing. They earned 10 stars.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Rustic cabin with a great back porch. A little muggy as the AC was in and out but had a very campy vibe. Cute decor and the kitchen was well stocked. Very comfy and cozy after a day enjoying Lake Easton.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024What a lovely, private oasis! What a tranquil, serene place. Only an hour or so outside of Seattle, but the perfect spot to recharge and relax.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024Honestly, I felt okay about the stay, despite the following issues, until I discovered the hidden cubby, behind the wall art in the living room, that housed a monitor, some cables and whole lot of mouse droppings. So... thoroughly... unsettling. On top of that, the upstairs bedroom boils in warm weather, even if you close the blinds all day and open the tiny little window at night. Half of the window screens have holes/gaps so you can't open them without letting in mosquitos. The AC was useless, though the heat was very effective. The firepit out back is overgrown. The noise from I-90 completely drowns out the river. Also, the internet was very unreliable. The ISP said it wasn't on their end, so it's likely something with the equipment. This was a work stay for me so that was extremely problematic. On a positive note, it was clean (except the aforementioned horror-movie hidey hole), the kitchen had everything I needed, good water pressure and heat, decent appliances. Lots of seating. Also, nifty hammock hooks on the back porch were a nice perk. That being said, never ever returning.

Stayed Jan 23, 2024The property managers are horrible and the listing didn't accurately show (didn't show at all) they the advertised fireplace at the cabin didn't come stocked with wood and starting material. The communication as to where the internet password was, why 2 of the 4 lamps (the only lighting in that dark room) wouldn't work (turned out there was a switch we had to find), 3 ft of snow to get to front door and to shovel at end of front porch, no porch light on at arrival and it was in the woods.... thats the short list. Since this experience I've discovered that many many people that i know have had similar experiences with Vacasa. I will never rent anything they manage again.

Stayed Oct 13, 2023If your looking for a rustic but updated cabin, here it is! River is in your backyard! We spent the weekend fly fishing, hiking, enjoying the outdoors & dining in Cle Elm & Roslyn. Cabin has wifi, but is tv-less. They have a turntable & great record collection! Coffee maker, 2 deck chairs, BBQ, & fishing poles are available. We bought our own wood for the wood stove but later found a pile of wood on the side of the garage. A wonderful find...we will be back to Snowshoe!!
