ENTRY LEVEL: Step inside and you’re welcomed by a warm, inviting living space centered around a wood-burning fireplace with a Smart TV over the mantel, the perfect gathering place after a day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make cooking for a crowd effortless. Whether it’s a holiday meal, a trout dinner from the river, or pancakes for the whole family. Just down the hall, the master king suite offers its own peaceful retreat with a Smart TV, dedicated office space, private deck access, and a master bathroom featuring a rainfall walk-in shower and relaxing jacuzzi tub.

OUTSIDE ENTRY LEVEL: The screened-in deck overlooking the river and mountains invites you to relax with morning coffee or evening wine. Watch a movie surrounded by nature with the outdoor projector, curl up on the cozy hanging bed, and enjoy dinner at the grand outdoor dining table. Fire up the grill on the balcony while savoring your favorite cocktail at the outdoor bar top with the river & mountains unfolding before you. As the sun sets behind the mountains, gather around the wood-burning fire pit overlooking the Toccoa River.

LOWER LEVEL: Designed for fun and relaxation. A spacious entertainment room features an 8’ pool table, Smart TV, wet bar with full fridge, and comfortable lounge seating, perfect for watching the big game or game nights with family and friends. Relive arcade glory with classic Golden Tee and NBA Jam. A convenient half bath here keeps things easy.
This level also includes a queen bedroom with a Smart TV, private deck access, a full bathroom, and a four-person bunk room down the hall that kids absolutely love.

OUTSIDE LOWER LEVEL: You’ll find a true wellness retreat overlooking the river. A hot tub to soak in the ridge, an invigorating cold plunge, and a barrel sauna with sweeping views, all positioned to take in the surrounding mountains. Two additional outdoor scenic bars provide ideal spots for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails before heading down the walking trail to the river.

UPPER LEVEL: Guests will find a well-equipped fitness area with a stationary bike, smart cable machine, free weights, weight bench, and more, so you can preserve your routine even while enjoying this mountain retreat. This level also includes two king bedrooms (one with office space), a bedroom with two full beds, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a balcony with seating that has sweeping views of the mountain & river landscape.

AT THE RIVER: Your private retreat continues. A fire pit & picnic table sit right along the Toccoa River, creating the perfect place to spend the day fishing, relaxing, or simply listening to the water flow by. Known for its excellent trout fishing, the river offers an unforgettable experience for anglers and nature lovers alike.

Guests at Timeless Toccoa also enjoy access to the shared 16-acre riverfront property, which includes a quarter mile of Toccoa River frontage, scenic walking trails, a small boat launch ramp with parking, a swimming pool with hot tub, pickleball court, and a frisbee golf course. For special occasions, there is also a wedding chapel and separate reception building available for an additional fee, making this property an incredible setting for celebrations and gatherings.

DOG-FRIENDLY CABIN
Your dogs are welcome to join the adventure too. This dog-friendly cabin welcomes up to two dogs, so the whole family can enjoy the fresh mountain air together. A $150 pet fee applies for the first dog and $100 for an additional dog. Dogs must be under 75 lbs. This fee helps us maintain a clean, comfortable cabin for all guests.
Dogs should be well-behaved, housebroken, kept off beds and furniture, and any pet waste should be cleaned up during your stay.
Please note there is no fence on the property. For safety, dogs should be leashed when outside and crated inside if left alone for extended periods of time; a small-to-medium crate is provided on the lower level, though you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred. If any damage occurs, we simply ask that guests cover necessary repair costs so we can keep the cabin in great condition.
