Set among lush trees on the banks of the picturesque Toccoa River, this waterfront cabin is a place to reconnect with nature in beautiful North Georgia. With a private dock on the property, you can fish or simply relax at the water's edge. If you're looking for a bit of adventure, there's a spot to put in boats and kayaks less than two miles upriver, or you can drop off tubers for a scenic float back to the house. Golf enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity to the course at Old Toccoa Farm, just two miles away.

After a day of outdoor activities, this cabin will delight you with a range of amenities. Step outside onto the expansive, wraparound porch to barbecue on the gas grill, dine alfresco at the outdoor table, and take in the serene riverfront views. When the sun begins to lower in the early evening sky, gather around the firepit for nights of s'mores and stargazing on the riverbank.

Inside, find a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a great room where you can watch movies, play board games, and hold Xbox tournaments by the gas fireplace. With multiple bedrooms offering comfortable sleeping arrangements, this cabin is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful, natural setting. Central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

We loved the property... it was private and beautiful while still being close enough to town. The family used all the outdoor amenities including the big yard, fishing platform, fire pit and tetherball.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for us and our dog. We loved the location. (be aware that the last mile is down a gravel road) Enjoyed the gas fireplace and the sectional couch for relaxing on New Year's Day. Short drive to Blue Ridge for shopping and dining.

Host was responsive. Cabin is at the end of gravel road making it peaceful. It was cold while we were there so didn't go outside except to walk around the property. Short 20 minutes to Blue Ridge. Rode the train and shopped. And of course went to Mercers for apple Fritters. If it was summertime we would have got in the water. Cabin was very clean and everything worked. We had no issues. The only thing to note is a couple of steep hills on the well maintained gravel road. 4WD probably not necessary unless it snows. It rained pretty hard while we were the and had no problem with 2WD pickup. Great time relaxing and watching the train go by on the other side of the river

We stayed at this cabin for three nights following a six day stay at another nearby cabin in the woods. We specifically chose this one to enjoy the unique experience of having a river right on the property and it didn’t disappoint. The cabin itself is beautiful and peaceful. We loved the quiet surroundings and the chance to observe deer roaming the property. It was also fun to watch people tubing down the river from time to time. One thing to note: the riverbank near the cabin is quite muddy, so getting into the water can be a bit of a challenge. There aren’t any rocks or easy entry points if you’re just hoping to dip your feet. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil, nature-filled getaway

Our family rents a cabin every year for the 4th of July. This was by far the best! Location was perfect. Cabin is right on the river. Had the best deck were we spent most of our time. Fishing, rafting all in a very peaceful wooded setting. And like most the others have said the deer were everywhere. Hope to be back next year!

We had a lovely week at this home. The master bed is very comfortable, though getting over the frame is a bit challenging, even for a tall person. The master bath is spa-like. The Toccoa River in the back yard was marvelous. Wildlife entertained us on the property-bunnies, deer, and a red fox! We would have liked instructions on disposing of garbage bags. It is understandable that outdoor garbage cans are a challenge due to the wildlife but keeping the bags in the house is problematic for a week's stay as it got stinky.

It was great. The drive back to the property was a bit tricky with no paved road.

We loved the openness, bedrooms being separate, huge shower in primary! Love the close proximity to Curtis Switch. We will be back! One of our favorite cabins on the Toccoa River.

The cabin was the perfect location for my son’s birthday and grandson’s college graduation. We had a very relaxing vacation and the river was absolutely beautiful! The home is nicely furnished and I loved the large open great room leading to the spacious outside deck. My grandson enjoyed the fire pit by the tranquil sounds of the river and said it was very relaxing after finishing his Bachelors. Thank you so much for a restful and recharging place for our family.

This was the perfect place for a peaceful few days of rest and relaxation. Very quiet location. We saw multiple deer every morning and evening. The yard is perfect for a large family with kids to spread out and play. The back deck was very spacious as well. Loved the picnic table location too! Cabin was immaculately clean and the grounds well maintained. Would highly recommend booking this cabin!
