Stayed Sep 27, 2024Loved the place, we were there during very high water so didn’t get to really enjoy the river but the yard is big and private and has direct access to the river. I was visiting my daughter at JMU and the commute was super easy. Loved it! The interior furnishings are modest but my daughter and I had a great time.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024Our family drove from Michigan to meet us at this cabin.( We are Virginia Locals) Cabin was perfect for all of us to be comfortable. There was 8 of us on this getaway and there was plenty of space for all of us and the owners stocked the kitchen with everything you need to feed a large crew like ours. Cabin has comfortable beds, great river location, beautiful back deck and fantastic fire pits one by the river and the other on the lawn so you can enjoy your evenings as much as you will enjoy your days here. Owner has done great job remodeling this cabin and he is extremely accommodating. We will return to this cabin soon and I highly recommend this property to everyone!
