Riverfront Cabin in Horse Country

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We had a family gathering for the week of Thanksgiving. The appliances worked well, all the cooking and baking basics were there. The living area is comfortable and roomy. The deck has a beautiful view of a stream and it is very pleasant to sit outside, except for the highway noise. Besides the highway, it was very peaceful and quiet. The houses are spread out and private. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The host was very responsive whenever I had a question. There are a couple things to be aware of. The house sleeps 16, but there was only room for 12 at the dining room tables. The listing has a 5th bedroom with 2 futons, but we did not see a 5th bedroom, just the living room with reclining sofas. There is no garbage pick-up, and you can't leave garbage outside, so we ended up with quite a pile of bags by the end of the week in the basement that started to smell.

My family of 6 and our dogs had a wonderful stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our short getaway. It was beautiful waking up to hearing the river and set right in nature and no close neighbors. We will be staying again!

The house is amazing!! We had a party of 11 and it was perfect for our group. I will rent the property again in the future.

Great property for a quite weekend in the mountains.

We had a group of gals staying here while we competed in a dog agility competition down the road. The house is absolutely awesome, location is perfect! Beds comfortable, lots of towels and plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen...not to mention being right on the river - so beautiful!!! Thank you for opening your home to us!

My friends and I enjoyed this property very much. It was spacious and a cozy cabin feel. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the river.
