Cabin was perfect for us with 4 adults and 1 pre-teen. Outside was very spacious. Has seating area to relax and enjoy the river. Very relaxing atmosphere

Amazing, as always. Such a sweet escape from city life. Beautiful riverfront cabin, very clean, inviting atmosphere, and just a great vibe all around! Dana is so friendly, pleasant, and accommodating! We enjoyed kayaking up the river and back down, and then relaxing in comfort! We will continue to return! Love it!!!

Best location and hosts in Broken Bow! House in the river with kayak float option, plenty of indoor and outdoor space to gather, relax, and play. Returning guests who plan to return yet again. Thanks, Dana!

This is our new favorite place! If you are looking for the perfect little getaway, this is it. We had so much fun and cant wait to come back! The owners were outstanding.

The cabin was beautiful, exactly as presented in the pictures. Dana is a fantastic host, even being sure we had lanterns when a storm blew through and the power went out for a short time. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect so clean and cozy. Dana was very helpful with everything. The view was absolutely amazing to wake up each morning to the sunrise. We will definitely be back.

We love River Otter! The cabin is perfect for our group because it’s like having three master bedrooms, all with awesome views, and everything we needed. And there’s so much to do outside too! And outside is so peaceful, I didn’t want to leave. We couldn’t ask for better hosts than Dana and Russ… so friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to go back!

Great cabin, everything you need. Large bedrooms, plenty of space. Great covered outdoor area, and pavilion with games and tables. Overlooks the beautiful Lower Mountain Fork River! Property management (Dana) was very helpful and got us there every step of the way. Can’t wait to get back to beautiful Broken Bow!

We had a wonderful time. The host is amazing. Anything I needed. She was right there. The place was clean, peaceful and fully stocked all I had to do was bring the food and kickbacks and relax

This cabin is great—incredible views, mountain fork river access, kayaks, fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating, a covered pavilion with a grill and a smoker, beautiful bedrooms that each have outside access and much more. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. we had a great time!
