Although there is no parking allowed on the street, we have a 3 car garage and additional parking in the drive way for 6 more vehicles. Garden City has a fun biking/walking trail about 1/2 mile from the house.

Parking is plentiful and convenient, with space for up to 9 vehicles total—including a 3-car garage and room for 6 additional cars in the driveway.
No Pets allowed!
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue.
No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions.
Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
️ Excessive Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the trash bins provided.
Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
❄️ Winter Travel: From December through March, we highly recommend 4WD and snow tires or chains due to snowy conditions and mountain roads.
