Relaxing area in a great location

No review. Info for owner: We killed 20+ fles in the building during our stay. They did not come in thru the front door but are finding their way in somehow.

Getting in and out of the property was quick and easy. Plenty of room and convenient parking. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Housekeeping staff left some nice notes and built cute towel animals and left flowers on the paper towels and toilet paper. Nice touch.

Complications getting tv on. Had to get help from the staff. Directions would be helpful.The living room furniture was not comfy or cozy. No niceties such as throw pillows or lap blankets.

we expected a cabin in the woods but it overlooked a construction site - cabin was dismally gloomy and smelly

Great location for OU family weekend. Close to hiking trails and a short drive to campus. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to fit comfortably.

This property was very clean. It was close to Hockinghills state park and all the hikes we could do. I would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, clean and a great location. Kitchen could have been stocked at little better and bathroom worn out a bit. Would recommend especially with kids or multiple family/friends for gatherings.

Cabin was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was that the kitchen was poorly stocked. No large knives or serving spoons, made it hard to do any cooking so we ended up going to dollar general to get some stuff order to make meals.

Everything was good

the stay was pretty good. i wished it wouldve had a washer & dryer on site due to having small children, but other than that, it was good!

I loved the cabin and at that price I plan to visit often. A few minor issues- couldn’t get the cabin as cool as we wanted. Is there an issue with the AC? The morning of our departure, one light bulb in the downstairs bedroom ceiling light was flickering on and off. The directions could be clarified. Hard to follow., esp since we were looking for Logan Conference Center vs Hocking Retreat Center (which is what the sign says). Google maps does work with Hocking Retreat Center. Loved it there. We will be back!

Cabin #1 was as advertised. We stayed Easter weekend to hike the various trails, visited Hocking Hills Winery and dinner at Old Dutch(great buffet). The cabin was clean, plenty of towels, basic kitchen supplies. Also easy booking process and responsive communication! A problem with the air-conditioning was resolved by Bret from maintenance - thank you for bringing the window units and fan!

What we liked most about our stay was the river trickling behind our cabin, the frogs peeping at night and a nice porch overlooking it all and the location was great for exploring the area, close to highways, hocking hills. Overall, a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

I spent a winter week cozied up in this cabin doing yoga and reading/researching, going out for day hikes at Hocking Hills State Park. I appreciated having WiFi. The cabins are lovely and I especially enjoyed the sliding glass doors in the bedroom leading out to the balcony with a view of the forest and creek. It's easy to reach the State Park from the cabins, and there's a Kroger not far down the road.The only thing I would change is the view from the front of the cabins. There is a large, open field and you can see the conference center parking lot through the front windows, which felt a little exposed. If that area were forested or the meadow allowed to grow up with walking trails cut through it, it would be perfect.
