Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS:Cabin was clean. Plenty of towels. King size bed was comfortable. Fireplace was nice and worked properly. The view from the 2nd floor balcony was okay. Most of it is blocked by the trees though. Property was close to the main Pigeon Forge strip. CONS: This cabin needs a lot of TLC. The bar stools and bunk beds were dangerously wobbly and have clearly never had the screws/bolts tightened or even been checked for sturdiness. We could not allow our kids to sleep on the top bunks because they were so unstable. The 3rd floor railing is also loose. The kitchen and bathroom floor tile is loose/cracked and missing large chunks of grout.The central air conditioning does not work. There is no DVD/Blu-ray player even though it's listed as having one in the description in the pool room. The pool was not warm. Even after having someone come out and turn up the heat. I dont believe they actually checked the temp of the water. It was definitely not 85 degrees. The coffee maker was unusable. The water reservoir was gross without a way to safely clean it. The foosball table has pieces being held up by wood Jenga pieces. Last but not least, the driveway is terrifying. We tried driving straight up and several times had our tires spin out trying to turn right into the flat top parking. We also tried backing up the driveway, which was just as scary. Maybe it is much easier for small vehicles but not for SUVs. I could not imagine driving any way up or down that thing covered in snow or ice. We had a great time in town. We were just really disappointed to not be able to enjoy the cabin amenities how we had planned.

Inside the cabin my kids loved the pool and the all the games. The beds are very comfy and there are plenty of bathrooms. Only thing I will say / try to remember for our next visit will be to bring some kind of bathroom organizer as the upstairs bathroom has no storage around the sink.

Reviewer Comments: ALTHOUGH THE CABIN IS BEAUTIFUL IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE STRESS.I took a vacation to get some rest from work.Unfortunately between the all the texts and emails from the owner and the resort made it impossible to distress.We were supposed to check in at 3 and planned our travel accordingly. We get a text stating we will let you know when it will be ready. Not acceptable!We get a text early the next morning from maintenance wanting to know if we checked in. WELL let see I am on vacation and want to sleep in. Not going to happen at this resort!To top it off the constant text from the owner on how to leave the cabin. Well I understood the first time I got a text.A total of 23 text over the weekend is a bit excessive. And the real topper was when staff came at 9:40 when check out was 10 am. Darn you couldn't have ready for my check in time.Don't rush me to get out before check out!And you should advise people about the drive way. I don't think most people are willing to take their vehicle up that impossible drive way.I will never recommend that cabins to anyone.

Well kept and also well up to date. Outdoor and indoor pool is amazing. But the steep driveway so if you are nervous on driving big hills this one has a really steep driveway.

The bad - the driveway will fuel nightmares for the entirety of your stay and every single time you think about renting a cabin in the future, the AC does not work well at all, the amount of communication from both the rental company and the owners was more than excessive.

Reviewer Comments: This was the biggest mistake I have ever made renting this cabin,We were told it had a steep driveway but in reality it was a leaning wall and once you get up it in 4wd it is almost impossible to turn around I believe I damaged my breaks and transmission,I wouldn’t stay if they gave me a free week

The driveway didn't have much of a turnaround to go back down. Otherwise the cabin was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The pool was so great for our family. My husband was a little disappointed that we didn't receive a call back when trying to teach someone. We were trying to find a Parking alternative. Otherwise communication was helpful.

Reviewer Comments: My family found this beautiful cabin because it was important for us to have an indoor pool and a hot tub.It was so inviting, cozy, and had everything we needed. It was clean and all of the furnishings were well kept, too! Our families loved being able to let our kids (and us) swim without having to go outside or leave the cabin. We had days away and came back and the pool was the perfect end of day wind down! Loved the cabin, loved the location to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. I will (and already have) recommend this to others seeking a perfect mountain getaway!

Pool, hot tub and kitchen were great. Sleeps 9, but no room big enough for that many people to gather or eat together. Xmas decorations are past their prime. Tried to fluff fireplace garland and met with huge puffs of dust. The floors were not clean - kids' bare feet were black. Downstairs toilet runs constantly unless you jiggle handle, and water pressure in kitchen sink was very low. Kitchen pots and pans with handles need to be replaced, as handles no longer stable for cooking. Master bedroom very small - no place to put all the pillows plus luggage. Get rid of pillows. Kitchen well stocked. Had a great time, but house needs deep cleaning, refreshing and some new furniture. Excellent communication with propeerty management and great location.
