Shared with cabin with two couples. Excellent getaway for the wedding we attended in nearby McMinnville. Refreshing, quiet. Spent a lot of time in conversation on the outdoor porch both morning and evening. Great experience.

If you’re looking for a private and secluded place to stay, this is the place for you! The property is absolutely beautiful! Way out in the country, no neighbors in sight, peaceful and quiet! The cabin is right in the middle of cow fields and so much wildlife around to see! The private pond has some great fishing and was much bigger than I expected from pictures, mainly accessible by the dock. Cabin had that home feel to it and we did enjoy our stay! We stayed a little over a week and even booked a few more days to enjoy family time. Downfalls:Host showed up to property multiple occasions, scheduled maintenance, lawn care and to pick up tables from the house they needed to use. Gave prior notice but would still of liked a bit more privacy. (Personal preference) Personal items all around the house. Bathroom cabinets loaded down with used personal hygiene items some that seemed to be there a long time. One of the selling factors that made us choose this cabin was the outdoor kitchen but the griddle had no propane and looked as if it hadn’t been touched in a long time so we didn’t mess with it. Stove wasn’t plugged in and no plug in sight for it. The grill out there was one of the small portable ones and maybe suitable for a 2 person party. The only option for cooking outside was the fireplace. Was pretty disappointed in that area. Despite the downfalls the host was very friendly. Lots of room to grow though and we still made the best of our week there!

Since honesty is very important, it must be said that this cabin and property is absolutely gorgeous! This is a “must stay” whether your plans take you to Nashville proper or the amazing sites nearby. The secluded property is right out of an artist’s painting. Rolling hills, grasses, and a little forest greet you before you arrive beside the small lake to park and go inside the spacious cabin. There is ample room to roam or play. The sky views are gorgeous. There are no neighbors in site or within earshot as the only prevalent sounds are birds and perhaps a cow’s “moo” in the distance. Inside the cabin, find quaint and detailed decor that is both rustic and luxurious with plenty of comforts for all. Don’t forget to hang around outside on the outer deck area complete with couches, stove tops for grilling, and a large TV. We arrived a bit early and “busted” one of the owners who was sneaking in just to place some Easter Treats into a basket for us! The owners were very knowledgeable and nice and did not impose on our time or privacy in any way. This property was the perfect private getaway while being a great home base for adventures to waterfalls, historic sites, and to the city of Nashville! Now stop reading this review and go book this amazing place!

This beautiful cabin is tucked away in a very private setting. Our stay was very comfortable, and relaxing. The host took the time to think of everything we could need. From morning coffee, to late night snacks, and the laundry soap ( which I had forgotten to bring ). If we ever travel to the area again, we will definitely return here.
