There is a door-to-door shuttle that will take you to Northstar Village during the ski season, you can reach out to Northstar shuttle services at 530-562-3559 to organize your pick up.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

    Our family loved staying here! Perfect to fit us all with bedrooms and open floor plan to hang out. Easy to call the shuttle to/from the village.

    This property was very clean. Brand new towels and sheets in some rooms. It felt like the cleaning service was meticulous to detail with the fridge, coffee maker, etc. It’s a large house. Our group was 9. The layout is entrance floor: master bedroom with queen bed and pullout, bathroom, laundry, hot tub. Second floor kitchen, dining, living room, one bathroom, two king bedrooms. Floor three is one king bed and bathroom and one full bed and a bathroom. Plus a football table/loft. The master mattress is so old and worn, it’s like sleeping in a cavern. The steam shower didn’t work in the master. The button was missing. The carpets were very stained (didn’t bother me). A chair was broken. The property managers offered to fix, were very responsive. Basically, the house needs some updating.

    This house exceeded our expectations. It was perfectly situated on Northstar mountain for a group ski vacation. It had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and come together. The home felt fresh with it’s more mountain modern decor. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms clean. Everyone in our group fought over the spa bathroom attached to the downstairs bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook an extensive meal. We had two kids under the age with one with us and the management company provided multiple pack n plays, high chairs and baby gates, which was amazing. It made traveling to Tahoe so much easier knowing we didn’t have to trek out there with all of the additional baby gear. The management company was incredibly responsive. We came to Tahoe during a massive snow storm and it snowed a few additional feet during our stay. They came out to remove snow from the roof as well as the decks during our visit. As well as they sent someone out with random odds and ends for the house when we couldn’t find them. We had a fantastic trip and can’t wait to go back.

    Property is getting dated. Carpet needs updating; generally it’s just aging. Updated kitchen is great; but ice maker on fridge is broken (dispenser). Property management company (Avant Stay) was struggling to get the front door electronic keypad working the entire stay; used a hide-a-key to get in and out. The gas grill needed propane, which we had to call for. And get delivered; it’s in need of some repair as well. General cleanliness around the property was a bit disappointing; trash around the property and such. Several windows missing screens; several lights burned out; and a mouse living under the living room couch needs to be taken care of.

    We had a wonderful time staying at this property in June. It’s in a great location and there was plenty of room for our two families. With just a few small improvements, the house could be perfect! Pros: Location; amount of rooms and bathrooms; kitchen was fully stocked; fire pit was lovely at night; beautiful view. Cons: Mattress/bed on the bottom floor needs updating; no air conditioning on top floor so it was quite warm; house probably needs an exterminator (we saw a small mouse a few times); some of the door knobs were loose; hot tub could use a cleaning.
