Stayed Jun 6, 2026Our stay at the cabin was everything we could have ever wanted! Loved being out of the traffic yet close to all the surrounding towns. Cabin was clean and equipped with everything we could have needed. Definitely recommend!

Stayed May 31, 2026Everything was wonderful. Any item we could need was provided with the cabin. The beds were very comfortable and all needed linens, including bathroom linens were provided.We really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the property.Even though there are other cabins in the vicinity, we couldn’t see any of them from this property…it’s very private.Only one item is worth mentioning is, that when the upstairs bathroom tub was draining…the bottom floor toilet was bubbling and shooting water up above the rim.We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return some day.Thank you so much.Overall, we were and are very pleased with this trip.

Stayed May 9, 2026Beautiful Cabin tucked away in the woods. Loved the location, Secluded but close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. The wife and I throughly enjoyed our vacation. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The host has thought of everything. Loved the hot tub especially after hiking and exploring the smokies.

Stayed May 2, 2026The house was nice and as described. There is a little construction going on but they didn't come the whole time we were there. The host was upfront with me about it and it wasn't an issue. They are replacing the railings and deck boards to make it even nicer,but the deck is still fully functional. My group had an amazing time there. The house is away from the hustle and bustle but not too far from everything. Its not a bad drive at all.I would 100% rent this cabin again and plan to.Thank you Manny for a memorable vacation.

Stayed Mar 28, 2026We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manuel’s cabin. The cabin is very beautiful with so many amenities to enjoy and gorgeous views. We were very satisfied with the location, as Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood were all located within a 25 minute drive, depending on your mountain driving skills (of which we had no experience). We enjoyed our time so much that we asked if we could stay another night if the cabin was available and Manuel was very kind to oblige. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Stayed Nov 5, 2025Beautiful views. Loved the indoor/outdoor fireplace. Hot tub was great and everything felt nice and clean. Loved the fact that it was quiet and away from all the hustle & bustle of the tourist attractions. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025We stayed 4 nights and there was a gew ninor issues with cleanliness, but I spoke with the owner and it didnt affect our stay at all. I was worried about the location, but it was perfect! We were right in the middle of everything! Very cozy! It was our first time in the mountains so the roads were a little bit scary to get to the house but we got used to it. Our Sienna made it ok.

Stayed Oct 13, 2024The Breezy Treehouse was everything I imagined it would be and then some!! A true home away from home. The cabin was clean, very nicely decorated, stocked with dishes, pot and pans….everything you would need. Our coffee pot went out and the hosts had a new one delivered right to our door. Same day. I will definitely be looking at staying here again. Thank you to the hosts for putting a smile on my face and my heart.
