Quiet retreat in the woods.

A great location and an excellent cabin. Nice interior decor, solid kitchen, cozy woodburning fireplace inside. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a nice up the shore vacation in Minnesota!

This is a great winter retreat. The cabin is cozy and perfect after a day of hiking.

Good central spot for getting to all north shore in an easy relatively short drives, from Grand portage to Duluth

Awesome little cabin. Very clean and had everything we needed. We went in early July and it was a comfortable 70F and the cabin stayed very very comfortable. Remodeled bathroom was excellent, loved the big shower. Lots of room to roam and enjoy nature walks outside on the property. The best part has to be the sauna though. From the outside it doesn't look like much but getting in a good steam in the north woods and just being able to disconnect is a quality this little place provides. Treat yourself and your family and book this place. Hosts were super communicative and wonderful to work with. They provide everything you need and their little cabin was just what our family needed to feel re-energized. Thank you Brian & Jessica for letting us share your amazing little cabin. We will be back!

Nice cabinSuper cleanOwners had great communicationIt was 13 miles from town, which was in the post. We wanted to try being away from town.Will not do again. Flies were horrific. Couldn't step outside without being swarmed by them. Could not go for walks or bike from the cabin. Had to drive back into town.. After a long day biking and hiking around we could not unwind at cabin. Super hot inside, but could not go outside because of the flies. Left early.

Super clean cabin in the woods. Had everything we needed and lots of space for dogs to run!

Our vacation was in March and it snowed while we were there. It is a very well built cabin and we were super cozy the whole time. The fireplace was really delightful and there was plenty of wood available. We saw 21 deer on the quiet road that the cabin is located on

Very quiet little property. We absolutely loved our stay. Only complaints were the water in the shower didn't get quite hot enough, and the tv/roku in the bedroom did not work at all.

Clean, quiet, and off the beaten path. Very comfortable bed. The only thing I might suggest is to provide a few coffee filters. But we made due with a paper towel. So no real issue. We will be back!

Especially liked that kitchen had all that was needed for a meal.
