Quiet, Charming & Beautiful 2 Bedroom Cabin on the Little Red River

We needed a little relaxation by the water and this Cabin was just what we needed! David checked on us just enough to let us know if we needed him, he was there. The cabin was SO nice. The place was just close enough to town, and even though we had neighbors on both sides, you'd never know. The dock and fishing there was bonus, as well! Overall, just lucky enough to be at the cabin

The cabin was exactly as seen in the pictures. Everything we could possibly need was there. It was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely return.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. We visited in the spring this time and loved starting our mornings with coffee on the patio, listening to the birds. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed — we left feeling fully recharged.

I’m never ready to leave this cozy cabin! We’re already planning a return trip in November. Thanks again, David!

Camp David was exactly as described. We stayed four nights and it felt like we had stayed longer. Time stops. The cabin, deck, adirondack chairs, dock, and view reset you back to center. We also brought along our doxie who I must say enjoyed it, too! Our host was very attentive answering us immediately, if needed. We felt more like we were staying at a friend’s cabin than a VRBO. We will definitely book again…..soon.

Our 2nd trip to Camp David did not disappoint. This place is a little piece of paradise.

My husband and I enjoyed three nights at this adorable cabin. The cabin has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is plenty of privacy to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the decks or down at the water. I would definitely stay here again.

Camp David was everything that was advertised. The house was super clean and had all the amenities and then some for a comfortable stay. We were all impressed with the inside of the house with all the furniture and the wood ceilings and walls. It was a true rustic house that fit perfect on this shaded Little Red River lot. David was a great host and responded to a few questions we had within minutes. If you want to relax in a super nice house on a beautiful river lot, this is the place. The house was located within a few miles of Dripping Springs and Ramsey access to launch our boat to fish. Ramsey access has walk-in access to wade for fishing. We also caught fish right off the dock too at Camp David. Pangburn is a small town, but has everything you need for your stay and a couple of really good places to eat. The Mercantile on Main Street has great coffee/food and Pangburn Pizza Plus is great too. Herber Springs is an easy 15 minute drive from Pangburn. We would definitely stay here again on future trips.
