Stayed Sep 15, 2025We so enjoyed our time at the Wisconsin cabin. It was quiet. My husband and his friend enjoyed fishing and in the evenings we all enjoyed a campfire. The location was perfect for trips to Traverse city and the area. Sally was a wonderful hostess and very helpful!

Stayed Aug 21, 2025Very clean. Lovely surprise welcome package. Redone cozy cottage. New bathroom and very cool inside. Just ruts in road a bit of a problem parking. Quiet and dark.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025The cottage was rustic and charming. The view was beautiful. It was the perfect distance from both Traverse City and where we had our old family cottage on Platte Lake. We were able to enjoy all three places easily. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Jul 13, 2025What a peaceful place! The cabin had everything we needed for a quiet getaway, and Sally was a wonderful host. We enjoyed every minute there, from kayaking on the lake to happy hour on the dock to listening to the rain on the roof, and we also took advantage of the cabin's proximity to lots of attractions. We would absolutely come again to this spot on Bass Lake.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025The cabin is in the perfect location for many activities. It was roughly 20-30 minutes from most things. The dock was nice and we enjoyed fishing off it in the evenings. It got toasty inside with NO A/C; even with the fans on and all windows opens (only draw back).

Stayed Jul 17, 2025Stayed here for an extended weekend with the lady and pup. The place is perfect for our needs, mainly a good clean bed, a shower and a quiet pretty place to enjoy a little nature. The location is great if you like to get to the beach, enjoy Traverse City or find a good trail or float.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025My wife and I were looking for a nice relaxing quiet but still fun place to be for 4th of July weekend and we hit the JACKPOT! The cabin is cozy and very nice. Beautiful views. Everyone around the area especially Sally (host) were super nice and friendly. Traverse city is only a 15-20 minute drive away which is super convenient. Had the best time and probably going to book again this summer.
