Puppy Love - Romantic Mountain Getaway

Hot tub outside was great!.. the heart shape one was alittle aged and leaked alittle from ceiling to downstairs bath. Although some things inside need to be replaced due to age it was very secluded and cozy. I would suggest hanging slme mode setting white lights around patio and maybe a few trees.

Me and my wife did not stay in this cabin after we arrived do to it being dirty. I called and let management know and they upgraded us to a new cabin which was amazing

We enjoyed the coziness and quietness of the cabin. Great cabin to enjoy our 45th wedding anniversary.

It was wonderful

First a positive, great communication and customer service. Its not their fault that owners set low standards. Its also our fault that we rented cheap...you get what you pay for. Only things that worked was the landline, AC, hot tub, internet and appliances. Not enough hot water to even use the heart tub. Burners unplugged from cleaners. No place to store trash, so after 3 days whole cabin stunk. TV still was set to Spanish. Bed needs to be retired 5 years ago. It was a brick. Staple sticking out of doorframe in bathroom grabbed me and ruined a 70 dollar bra. 2 chairs on porch, and one was cracked down the back. No tib stoppers but ONE that didnt fit ANYTHING, so we BOUGHT OUR OWN and left them there. ALL electrical outlets are loose and everything falls out. We bought our own multiplug as well, and brought it home. Pots, pans and utensils are inadequate. We bought our OWN spatula and left it there. NO cooking sheets of any kind. We bought alum pans, cleaned and left them there. 1 half roll of paper towels. Cheap toilet paper. Bought our own. We will never be back.

Cabin was very clean and has the most comfortable bed! Host was great to work with.

We ran out of hot water for the tub before it was very full. The nightstands and the cosmetics around the tub could be updated. Other than that we were pleased

Small and cozy and just the right size for two people. Location was convenient to Helen but out far enough to be secluded. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet get away without all the hustle and bustle of a large crowd.

The location was great. It was easy to find. We were happy until a mouse ran across the floor one night while my husband was napping on the couch. I emailed the company but still haven’t received a response. Very disappointing.

location was great, we didn’t get to use the hot tub due to timing so can’t say how that was. the house itself is very cute and laid out well. the cleanliness of the house was not good. the shower had hair in the tub and there were leafs on the floor, and the sheets and towels had stains on them. if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay close to downtown this is a good option.

I also received a call making sure everything was okay upon check in. This was my first trip to Helen and we were there for Thanksgiving. The town of Helen is so worth visiting. We enjoyed being there for the Christmas Tree lighting and the Christmas market. Puppy Love cabin is outside the town of Helen but it only took us 14 minutes to get to Helen. We have 3 dogs so it was very nice that the dogs could be with us. We enjoyed the cabin and we are looking forward to returning. The cabin was clean but I did notice that some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! The space was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was definitely the highlight, great for unwinding at the end of the day. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully set up. I’d happily stay here again!

It was great. Just wish there would of been firewood there but it was still a great weekend away from everything

Couple of issues with the overall cleanliness but overall it was a good stay.

Everything was OK except for the Refrigerator stop working and start leaking and a little mouse in the kitchen.

The only I wish it had was a broom & dustpan & some potholders or oven mittens. I thought the best part was Sherry called to make sure everything was working properly & that we didn’t have any issues & she said if we needed anything at all or a problem came up please call them. We are planning on renting again very soon.

Perfect weekend getaway!

The cabin is nice, but there were some things I didn't like about my stay. The bathtub drain was clogged with hair. I cleaned it myself because I had just arrived and needed to take a shower. I found a mouse in the kitchen trash in the cabin during the night. And the cabin doesn't have a nice decor to make it cozy. At night, the structure and facilities make a lot of noise, which made us sleep badly. One last thing: to get to the cabin, you need to have a truck or a high-rise car.

Peaceful relaxing getaway. Super chill cabin in the Woods. Hot tub and grille were perfect. Bring firewood for the fireplace!

Cabin amd location were good. A few problems directv did not work remote to downstairs tv also didn't work. Mgmt. Sent a guy to work on it promptly who was great. Brought a new remote and fixed a door to the bathroom. Overall great place and wiill call

I love the place very quiet n remote

Cabin was as shown in pictures. Everything was good with the exception of refrigerator leaked and there was no mop. We really enjoyed our weekend there and would book again. The road was rough getting to the cabin, but still it was great experience for us.
