Property has a small pond on back side of the cabin ,it has geese and ducks .

Looks can be deceiving!!! Started out as a nice getaway only to be ended badly. Stayed our first night and really the only issue was the ice maker didn’t work and was empty and the tv at the hot tub didn’t turn on. Fast forward to the next morning cooking breakfast when a cockroach crawls across the counter. And if you see a cockroach crawling around while you’re cooking there are more in the house. Contacted VRBO and the Host. Only thing the host offers is to spray or set traps while we are gone. I ask for a refund and get told “no money back for one roach.” WHAT???? Everyone knows that we’re there is one roach there are more. I am not gonna let my family stay in a home with cockroaches crawling around. Still waiting to hear back from VRBO to see if they are gonna do anything to help!!!

Very Nice place.Grass needed cut and hot tub need cleaned on bottom.Neighbors Riding their four wheelers up and down the road super loud.Other than that everything was great very nice.

It was so beautiful and peaceful. Hot tube out back on the porch with a grill and tv, the inside was just as clean and pretty two rooms with full baths, master has a jucuzzi. Then the game room is in a room through the master bedroom. It was a great hit for our kid's. Whenever we had down time that's what the spent there time on.

This was a nice, clean property tucked off the beaten path, yet close to all we wanted to do and see. For those looking for beds/room options: there are two bedrooms each with a king size bed in them and their own bathroom. There is a game room with a queen size pullout couch. There is also a pull out couch in the living room. The hot tub could probably be cleaned a little better and there wasn’t any measuring cups/spoons, but that’s personal preference. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

The only thing was wrong was the ice machine did not work !

Nice little cabin getaway. Would definitely stay again. Only down side was the water pressure wasn't the greatest but got the job done. Location was great as well.

Overall this cabin was okay not our nicest stay with VRBO. It is listed as being on a lake and pictures show a lake but when we got there it was extremely grown up and more of a swamp then lake. This caused horrible bug issues. We were also created by the neighbors in the backyard headed to the swamp and ruined any privacy we should have had. Water pressure in house is very low. Communication with host is absolutely impossible. I tried for almost two weeks before the trip to get up with them and even reached out to Vrbo with not luck! We had a pretty heavy rain one night and got woke up to dripping water. Went in bathroom by game room and the ceiling is leaking with water also running down the wall had to use the clean towels to soak up water because the floor was soaked from the leak. Ice maker in freezer does not work. Hot tub was not clean!! Had stuff floating in it! Overall I would not book this place again unless some accommodations are made.

Everything was as described and we enjoyed the space, decorum and peace and quiet. Being from Atlanta we appreciated being away from everything but minutes from everything. Hope to make it back soon.

The cabin wa cozy, we did not use the hot tub didn't have a lot of time

The grass around the house was extremely high, the pond was not as advertised, it was down a steep hillside and really overgrown with brush and weeds. the hot tub had not been properly cleaned, the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I could not recommend this location in the future.

Great cabin, nice location! Unfortunately no ducks or geese were on the pond during our stay. Cabin was clean and check in and out process super easy.

The cabin smelt like mildew and cat urine. Beds were very hard. Water pressure wasn't the greatest. Air conditioner was broke.We found bed bugs within an hour of our arrival, dead and alive on the couch in the gaming room.Messaged the host immediately but received no response. Area wasnt in the best location.

Very welcoming but the bathrooms in the bedrooms are FREEZING. I used the common bathroom .

WiFi info was incorrect on check in email. Could not get tvs to work so we could not watch tv our whole stay. We got heavy rain and one of the bathrooms had a leak from the roof and we had to clean up the wet floor. Very delayed response from the host.

The hot tub was a perfect temperature! The entire home was incredibly clean! The contact with the property manager was minimal, and no hounding. I cannot wait to return with the kids! This will be our vacation house for years to come if it remains a rental! Such a beautiful home!!

The cabin stay was great, used the hot tub after a long day hiking, was just fine.

Went for my granddaughter’s dance competition. Thought the pond would be accessible and it wasn’t. I was supposed to work on Friday but the internet in the home was so bad you could only have one tv working at a time. My work computer was unable to do anything because of the WiFi. The location was great but there appears to be people living in tents in the ditch across the street from the home so we did not let our kids go outside to play. Loved the hot tub. The house was clean so no complaints on that.

Good place to stay, close to town. Well maintained.

It was everything advertised and more I will be going back to that same cabin as a matter of fact that it going to be my go-to from now on

The cabin was cozy and the hot tub was great. Location was right in the area we needed to stay.

The house was very nice the neighborhood was run down, going up to the house and around the house TV on the back deck did not work they needed a privacy screen going up on the back deck to make it more privacy .for the hot tub the hot tub had soap like bubbles, internet kept going down. Wrong internet and password provided. All in all was a good stay.

2/14/25-2/16/25I read the reviews and just want to clarify my stay and my experience! First off, the hot tub has been upgraded from what the post shows, looked brand new actually. Secondly, one of the reviews said something about a roach on the counter, there is absolutely NO bugs in this home. Lastly, check in and check out was a breeze! Everything was clean, neat, and more than we expected. We will most definitely book again!

Very good location to attractions, esp. Pigeon Forge. The neighborhood itself is a bit run down, but you only notice it when driving in and out. Felt safe. The cabin itself was wonderful--clean, well stocked, and attractively decorated. Three full baths and the jacuzzi tub were very nice. The hot tub needed some major attention. More water, cleaned, & clorinated. The game console hooked to the TV did not work. The TV for the hot tub didn't work. Overall a good stay and would stay again, but a few things could be improved with very little effort to make the stay a 5/5Overfooverhdideeallwork.

It had very nice amenities to enjoy. Just a hop, skip and jump off the main drag. Was easy to get out to enjoy anything you might want. It was quiet a step up into the house from the covered patio and many steps in the front door. By adding a ramp it would be easier for entrance..

We enjoyed ur cabin. The neighborhood is kinda slummy but that’s not ur fault. Thanks for being attentive to the problem we had. There is some mold forming in the shower.
