The cabin was very cozy for a big family, it was lots of fun very enjoyable. Fireplace kept us warm whenever we had our resting day. We enjoyed the pool table a lot. Beds were very comfortable too. We really enjoyed our view of the waterfall, that was such a neat experience to have a cabin with that beautiful view! However, the dryer wouldn’t work so that was a bummer for us.

Horrendous odor likely due to mold from active water leak from the upstairs shower to the kitchen ceiling. Google reviews show that the leak was first reported in 2022. Issues have still not been resolved. Google reviews show that the previous guests reported the horrendous smell and water leak the weekend before our stay. We Reported immediately, but no repairs or solutions were offered during our stay. I was even dismissed stating a technician came out while we were not there and found no issues and could not smell odor. Communication was poor. The cabin is unsafe and not as advertised. Do not stay here until issues are resolved.

Great location. Waterfall was stunning. Staff were responsive and friendly. There were several small issues: not enough coffee cups (3) for 12 guests, no potholders, minimal towels, cobwebs, not enough seating on the main deck, one chair on the main bedroom deck, several maintenance issues (were addressed), one shower was not working. The property is old and really needs some attention. It was cluttered with tacky decorations. We enjoyed our stay despite the annoying issues.

Very nice cabin. Everyone had a good time. Not very far from Gatlinburg. The waterfall is amazing, plus the fireplace on the deck is a bonus.

We really enjoyed the beauty of the waterfall and we enjoyed the property and our time there. I am glad that I read the reviews ahead of time - it would be hard to find at night, but we found the wifi connection to be good. Such a unique and wonderful time - we are thankful to have found and enjoyed the property.

Great place for a reunion. Though directions to the Lodge are a little misleading and not really accurate,,,,hard place to find after the sun has gone down. Bedrooms above the poolroom are not designed for adults as there were many headbumps and cramped quarters. One of the toilets in this area did not fuction properly during our visit. A area of concern was the Bqq,,,,had not been cleaned and the side burner was inoperable. Looking over the edge of the deck was pretty bad regarding trash on the ground . Even though the Lodge is great for a stay one needs to be in reasonable physical health to navigate all the stairs... as some are rather steep entering both the Lodge and the three upper bedrooms. We all enjoyed our stay. Customer service for the property were outstanding and responded quickly when we called regarding the Keyless entry, the malfunctioning toilet and the Bqq concern.

The property is jaw droppingly gorgeous, we loved sitting next to the waterfall with the outdoor fireplace burning. There were 12 of us and we all had ample space. We celebrated Christmas here and felt equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and loved having the game room as a place for the kids to play. Be warned that you get no phone service or wifi, which we knew going in, but we did have a few people get lost on the way and were not able to contact us so make sure you map your route. There were also only 2 small trash cans for trash and with a cabin this large it filled up quick over our stay. Overall, we would love to visit this cabin again!

Pros; Location , one of a kind property in remote part of TN, waking up every morning was a dream! House is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and just stay there as a retreat. About an hour drive to Gatlinburg or pigeon forge. Space! Traveling with older children , each had their own room and bathroom which was perfect! Beds had comfortable linens and every room had a tv. Perfect his and her bathrooms in the master!!! Cons; no internet and phone signal is very weak. We arrived without power due to wind storm, would recommend an emergency box maybe by the front door with flashlights. Showers water pressure is low. Tried to use the jets in master tub and got covered in residue, very gross! Other recommendation would be throw blanket in the living room. Management company was fast to respond to any issues.
