Private Rustic A-Frame in the Heart of Elk Country

We really enjoyed our stay. Luckily there were only two of us. The sleeping arrangements were not quite what I expected. It says it sleeps seven. However, I think six would be the max to sleep. Two queen beds and two single beds are all in the loft. The outside was a beautiful setting, although the cabin is close to a large home and other cabins. It was very quiet. We met the neighbors, which they all seemed very nice. Dining options could have been better. A good steak house would have been great. We mainly ate sandwiches/salads at the restaurants. The cabin was supplied with pots and pans, grill and smoker, so we did some cooking outside. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your cabin!!

We love this cabin! Clean, has all you need inside and out, peaceful, the hosts are fantastic. In my rush before leaving, I forgot to write down cabin code. We drove a couple miles to get service, called them and they provided the cabin number. For some reason I wasn’t on website but they were so nice about me calling. We really enjoyed ourselves and recommend this cabin. Thank you!!

Very nice quaint setting close to all the elk attractions. Very clean and had everything you needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

We were not there fifteen minutes when heard a bugle and saw a bull The setting of the cabin is beatiful. Cabin is comfortable and we quiet nights sleep. The fire pit is to die for. We will certainly seek a return visit if the opprotunity should arise.

This place is fantastic!A quiet little cabin, by a stream, with a nice yard, surrounded by woods and one friendly neighbor. The house was very clean, comfortable, and full of everything we needed. We came, hoping to see elk, and WOW did we! Within an hour of being there we heard several bugling and one came and circled the entire yard. The second day, we were so lucky to have 14 elk come in the yard and stay for 3 and a half hours! It was an amazing experience that I will never forget!

The cabin was wonderful. The elk were right down the road in the stream. Would highly recommend this property and the property owners are amazing and communicate quickly.

We loved the location, it was perfect. I wish we had a few more days though. A large bull elk came right into the yard and started bugling. I got a few pictures and some video of him crossing the stream and heading up the hill. He had to be only 50 feet or so away. This all happened as we were getting ready to leave today.

Amazing, forget visitor center or viewing vistas, just sit at cabin. Two huge bull elks bugled and walked by on little ridge. Cabin is awesome and very clean. What a memorable visit to Elk County.

We had a great stay in this cute A-frame cabin. We visited Benezette for elk-viewing, and the location was perfect. We even saw elk right up the road! The property was exsctly as described, with a lot of little extras available. The outside space was so refreshing! Communication was quick and clear, and check in and check out took place as described. We will return!

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. Beautiful and quiet place. Owners were extremely nice and even mailed me something I forgot. Great outdoor area for fire and relaxing. Will be looking to stay again.

Location great for going back and forth to see the Elk and us needing to be near for the Celebration of Life.Only issue we had was figuring out the Heat/AC. Couldn't adjust and wasn't sure how to change the temperature.We stayed one night previously in September, so we knew what to expect at the rental, and made it easy for use to stay one night again for this occasion.Thanks for sharing your vacation cabin with us!!Angie, Mitch and Dylan

The cabin was very clean. The outside was decorated with lights and set up nice.

Too short advance notice to bring correct sized sheets and log in info for personal streaming services, lower water pressure, living area chilly, May experience no Wi-Fi in this area so may have difficulty finding rental

Our family wanted to enjoy some time in the Benezette area and watch wildlife. We couldn't have found a more perfect home away from home if we had tried! This cozy A-frame was perfect for our needs and was very spacious. There were plenty of deer to watch at the property and the scenic elk drive and visitors center was just minutes from the property. This well-appointed cabin was the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature at it's finest. While we cooked our own meals at the cabin, there are plenty of places nearby to dine or grab a quick bite. We loved the campfire ring near the water. If you don't want to cook in the kitchen, there is also a grill and smoker available for use. The hosts were receptive to questions and were quick to answer us our questions. Having wifi at the cabin was also a plus since there isn't cell service readily available. Enjoy this little slice of Heaven on Earth that is close to many activities yet secluded where you can rest and relax. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Perfect for a short trip to Elk Country. Close to visitor center. The house was absolutely sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Loved it.

I had a wonderful time, the cabin was warm and cozy. The cabin was spotless. I’m definitely coming back next year, I would highly recommend it to my friends but I want to keep it a secret lol

Great way to experience Benezette area, very clean and wonderful outdoor space.

This little A Frame is perfect!It is eqipped inside with everything you will need, well minus a dishwasher but we got through it! The outdoor space is perfect with acdpavious yard. Although the crick didnt have much water the kids still had fun! We saw some deer and hundreds of squirrels playing in the trees! The hosts left us a special gift which we really enjoyed! You have to book with them to find out what it is! We will definitely book here again! It was a perfect weekend.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and cozy! Nice roomy aframe with pretty much everything you need. Secluded location but close to the elk visitors center. Wildlife in the yard almost daily.

We picked the place for the outdoor space and it did not disappoint! We hosted a large group on Saturday afternoon for our family reunion and it had everything we needed. Our only complaint was there was no hot water during our stay so we had some pretty refreshing showers! Overall we were very happy with our stay. And honestly, probably the most responsive communication I have ever had with any host on various house rental platforms!
