We built this cabin years ago to give our family & friends their own space when they visit. Friends told us we should rent it so others can enjoy it too. So that is how it started! We have two donkeys, Jenny & Butch, that we named it after. That is how Two Ass Farms began. The cabins are located on the back of our 6 acres so that the guest have some privacy since our home is located on the front 2 acres. You can hear & see all kinds of wildlife.

Stayed Jul 1, 2021This was a really nice getaway. Just a few minutes into the country. Really just minutes away from all that we did, and a very relaxing, peaceful, and quiet stay. Very nice accommodations and property was well maintained. There is notbing bad to say about this place at all. It is/ was exactly what we were looking to find.

Stayed Apr 24, 2026We had a great time in Jenny’s Cabin. The host was awesome and clearly communicated during our visit. She made you feel like you were visiting family. It was exactly what we needed. Extremely clean, quiet and plenty of shade to keep out the morning glow if you choose to or grab a coffee and sit out on porch and enjoy.

Stayed Apr 6, 2026The cabin was clean, quiet, and safe. 100% better than a traditional hotel. You park your car next to the cabin on property and don't have to worry about it. Can sit outside and listen to nature. Host was very responsive. Would, without a doubt, stay here again. Great location and wonderful property. Didn't get to meet Jenny though.

Stayed Jan 31, 2025This was our second stay at Jenny cabin. We enjoy the convenient location, full kitchen, grill and fire pit. Although we didn’t use the fire pit at this visit, we had previously and enjoyed it. Proximity to Gruene and Gruene Hall are pluses for us.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024This is the perfect place to stay for some quiet time away from the city. This cabin facilitated us to make our own meals since it was fully stocked, the bed is so SOFT! We had plenty of fire logs for the firepit, so we spent every evening grilling and warming up outdoors. Our hosts Pamela and Kirk are so nice and kind. We were welcomed to have some treats for Jenny and Butch (the donkeys!) We truly had a very lovely experience indeed. We fully recommend this cute and cozy cabin; we are so grateful:)
