Private Lakefront Cabin | Hot Tub & Fire Pit | Pool Table | Close to Branson!

The communication was great and the home was well stocked, however the bedroom next to room with bunk beds had no closet, could not lock bathroom door on one side, and had to pass through bunk room to get to living room. One reason it was rented was for the pool table, which several balls had chips. Also the games provided were old and had missing pieces or damaged.The one thing that was very nice was having access to the Serenity Resort. We spent almost 2 days enjoying all it had to offer. Need heavy weights to cast if fishing from shore.

Great house! Very private and clean with lots of sleeping room. Odd layout, but it worked for us!

Great location in Kimberling City. It was literally right off the main road and close to restaurants and grocery store. Driveway was crazy steep and the instructions say to take garbage cans to main drive on Tuesday’s or they will keep 100 of deposit, which is crazy to me. My only complaints were while I liked that it was off the main road you could hear traffic and a cop was using driveway as his hiding spot all night to pull over cars. Also heating and cooling in the house is an issue. I froze the first night one of the rooms wasn’t heating and cooling properly. The entire house due to the windows was either really hot or cold. Also the third bedroom you can only access it from the second bedroom. Didn’t notice this in the listing. It was a nice cabin feel and clean. And general location and lake view was nice.

We loved staying here! Saw deer on the property every day! It’s a beautiful home and location on the lake. Loved the access to Serenity Shores too!

The house had plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Lots of beds. The house was very clean. Great fire pit. The hot tub was huge but we did not have time to use it. The only downfall is, the bedding is not very warm. I would have liked more blankets. I guess just bring an extra blanket, no big deal. Overall, a fantastic stay! Would definitely stay again!!

The view of the lake is beautiful. We loved the hot tub and pool table. The water has a weird smell, the thermostats were complicated, the turn into the driveway is hard to see (some lights and a sign would help), and the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Lots of fun in the area!

Good communication leading up to the rental date, we did have a small issue the day of with not receiving check in information. The lake house was very cool, large windows (for deer watching), good views, a lot of character. Some minor typical rental dings, overall a nice lake rental. A few changes had been made that differed from the photos listed, mostly the outdoor area. We had a small fishing area that we took advantage of, since the dock wasn't located nearby. The house is right off the highway, which made it close to the grocery store and anything you might need. It felt secluded and convenient.

The house is niced sized and has everything you need. Its near all of Branson's attractions but far enough away to avoid the busyness of being in town. We enjoyed staying there and plan to come back!

Great view of the lake and firepit/patio is very nice - good setup with the lower level pool table and hot tub. House is worn and needs maintenance. Severe wasp problem kept us from enjoying the yard fully. Dock is about a half mile up the lakeshore and not really walkable, but is a great feature to have access to for swimming etc. Highway is busy and not easily walkable, but Grocery and a few restaurants very close. Bakery across street is excellent. Internet is basically non-existent(speed 1 mbps) so caused issues with part of our group that needed to work. Maintenance was very responsive.

Great cabin. Comes with a free covered boat slip. Beautiful covered dock. We used our car because it was a rather long walk carrying gear. We had six adults and four kids and managed well. Of course, an extra bedroom would be nice. What’s Up Dock Marina is close by and was very helpful setting us up for a great experience. We had a great time.

I can't say enough good things about this property. It was the perfect place for our family reunion. Plenty of room for the 12 of us and had everything one would need or want for a great getaway. The communication with the host was always prompt and they answered any questions we had. The location is close to Branson, boat rentals, etc. with the added bonus of a quaint coffee shop within a short walk. Will definitely be back....and we can't wait!! Highly recommend this property!!! Great communication from property manager. The free boat slip was exceptional! The kids were able to swim from the boat dock. Great house.
