Prime location 3 level cabin with hot tub, game room, theater room, sleeps 8

The review only allows 1500 words so I have had to shorten my prose:We had issues with our stay, with only 30 mins to checkout time we were informed the cabin had not been cleaned, an offer was made to stay in hotel which we declined and attempted to clean ourselves given our groceries and plans for the evening. There were additional communication issues with the host as we’re not provided access code even after part of the party arrived. My sisters one of which worked as a vacation rental cleaner in the OBX found one of the pullout couches mattress in the Theatre Room where she had intended to sleep was covered in rodent feces. Another pullout couch was covered in nuts beneath the cushions and there was skittering in the walls at times. There were additional cleanliness issues that seemed to precede our stay for months to years rather than as a result of the previous renters. The hot tub left us itchy presumably from PH issues. There was blood on mattress covers. We knew we would be responsible for cleaning and made the choice to stay aware of that. These issues seemed months old. Pictures were relayed to the host she was very short in her replies. We did receive a refund of our cleaning fee. This home has a lot of potential but the host does not seem local and whoever cleans has neglected a portion of the cleaning for at least a season as the rodents seemed to have nested in winter. Some pictures attached. Will not stay again.2 stars for us sadly.

Overall we had a great time on our honeymoon. There was a couple issues but the host was very kind and worked with us to fix it. Thank you for a great stay. We loved the theater room.

The place was cozy and roomy for our family of 6! We loved the theater room and the arcade area was a big hit! Will be staying here again

The host is serious when she talks about the mountain roads, it took a few trips into town and back before I was more comfortable with driving up the mountain to the cabin. But once you get there, it’s gorgeous! The space is clean, the beds are comfortable, the teens loved the basement. It was perfect! Would absolutely stay here again!

This cabin is amazing. It is very clean, well decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With the movie room, pool table, game tables and hot tub - there are plenty of activities to keep you busy. Breanne was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay at this cabin in the future.

This rental was just what we needed. Not too far away from pigeon forge or gatlinburg but far enough you could relax. Breanne was easy to communicate with and super helpful. We will be back!

We stayed with my daughter & son in law for their 3rd anniversary as well as my husband & my 25th anniversary. This cabin set the perfect space & atmosphere to celebrate. I loved the fact that you stay midway between Pigeon Forge & Gaitlinburg.

we loved the cabin. A little hard to get to but it was all good. We also had someone trying to break into my truck. Picture is attached.We see why the instructions are to make sure you lock your doors and roll up the windows.

Great cabin and great location. We did get to see bears around the cabin so that was really fun and exciting. Owners were so easy to work with and sent us all the info we needed in advance. My kids LOVED the pool table and air hockey and the theater room( HUGE TV)was perfect for hooking up xbox and Nintendo switch to play and everyone had a recliner to sit in. Don't look any further this is the place you want to stay!!

The cabin was clean, cozy and well stocked. The host communicated with us well, so we had no questions about how to get there, what to expect or how to check in. The amenities were perfect for our family get away. Thank you for making our vacation great!

We will never forget this stay at this amazing cabin. My husband and I did want to leave and our children had a blast. They could not stay out of the game room! Our beds were super comfy and everything was nice and clean. The jacuzzi was lovely, the washer and dryer was convenient. We celebrated our oldest son’s 12th Birthday which is now something he will never forget.

This was a great spot to “come home” after being out and about for the day. It is close to activities in both pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but not so close that you can’t get away from it. Beautiful house and scenery and very relaxing!

My family and I had a nice relaxing stay in the cabin, booking it as a last minute getaway while vacationing, visiting family, and celebrating our anniversary/Father’s Day. Cabin is as described. Communication was great with the property manager; very friendly and responsive. The kids LOVED the air hockey table in the game room, and enjoyed lounging in the theater room. The beds have memory foam pad mattresses on them which provided a very comfortable sleep every night of our stay. While we were packing the vehicle to leave we encountered one of the local bears making their morning rounds! We quickly went inside and remotely closed the trunk…the beeping from locking the doors sent him on his way, though he did look pretty disappointed he missed out on our treats This cabin met all our needs. 100% recommend & would stay again.*The only reason I gave cleanliness 4 stars was because I felt the outdoor furniture could have used the same attention as the indoor. With it being a heavily wooded area and very damp, the furniture had a thick film and even moss growing on some of the chairs. Though the weather was pretty hot and muggy, I would have liked the option of sitting or dining outside.

The property was great and so was the owner! Anything we needed she took care of right it away.

We had an amazing time, cabin was perfect and host Breanne was the best. We will be back!

We stayed from Saturday to Friday and had a great visit to Tennessee for our honeymoon! The cabin was great with everything you could need and within distance of Pigeon Forge for food to be delivered! Overall a great experience and memories we’ll never forget!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin is beautiful and great for relaxing! There are also sooo many fun things to do in the area for young kids. Our boys loved this vacation!

The cabin was beautiful, just like the photos in the listing, and the space was more than enough for me and my family . First time in the area and loved the nature plus family-friendly attractions nearby, would recommend again for more people to stay!

Only recommendation is heed her warning about there being no cell service at the cabin, so screenshot your door code from your app or email before you head up the mountain

My family had a wonderful stay and loved the beautiful cabin. Enjoyed my morning coffee with the birds chirping, so peaceful. The property had great views and great location, within a 10-minute drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We plan on returning for a future stay.

This was one of our BEST vacations ever! The cabin was amazing & we spent more time there than out of it. The memories made playing pool, games & watching movies in the home theater were the best!!! We definitely will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was perfect size for our family. We had a few hiccups upon arrival but the host quickly responded and made everything right. Could not have asked for a better weekend getaway!

Amazing! This was our first time staying at any type of vacation rental so for our first experience it was seriously awesome! It was so CLEAN and smelled amazing. I love the traditional cabin feel of everything and my kids 5 & 7 had a ball downstairs in what they called their “kid’s cave”. I would say that the location was vastly under played. I loathe heights and was flabbergasted and petrified at just how high we were, but after a while, I got used to it and didn’t think about it once we were actually in the cabin. The tv in the theatre could use some attention it would turn on and off by itself and would increase the volume randomly by itself. Also, because we did come Christmas time, I did see other cabins near by with loads of holiday exterior decor which made me a little envious, some even came with their own Christmas trees pre decorated. I didn’t know if we did that our selves or what but wish we had that. Overall, absolutely wonderful stay and it made our Christmas that much more special!

It was one of our bra trips ever the view was wonderful tho we had neighbors it didn’t feel like it! Was one of the cleanest places that we have stayed in! We go tho the Christmas place every year to find an ornament and always find something that happened to us in that year! We will book here again and I can’t wait!

Beautiful cabin nestled right on the mountainside between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Lots of space and wonderful natural light. Breanne was a wonderful host & very responsive. Be sure to get on the waitlist for breakfast at Crockett's Breakfast Camp - a must-do!

This cabin was exactly as pictured. It was clean and our host was easy to contact. It has two flights of stairs, so not for anyone with any mobility issues. Not the easiest spot to find up on the mountain (for us, anyway), but worth it. TVs in every room, and we enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. Only downside was there was only one wash cloth in each bathroom, one hand towel and three bath towels. Also, no hair dryer, so bring your own. Other than that it was everything we needed it to be. Close to both Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the national park.

Our experience staying in the cabin was amazing! We made it to the property with no issues and check-in was a breeze. The only hiccup we had was that the remote that controlled the TV in the theater room was switched with another controller that wouldn't work with it, but after contacting the owner about the issue, the situation was cleared up and had no further issues afterwards. There are neighbors but that was never a concern of ours. Otherwise, the overall experience was great and we would definitely book this cabin again!

Property appears larger in photos than it actually is in person. Hot tub was just okay. Both bathrooms were small. Beds were very comfortable, but both were on raised platforms, so not super easy to access. Place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay, but were expecting a little more
