We had a great weekend! Very comfortable beds

This home is spacious, has amazing decor and is delightful for a full family of 8-10. The kids enjoyed being able to play in the open backyard, with deer roaming through periodically. They could easily ride their bikes on the nearby bike path which loops around Lake Forest Circle. The adults enjoyed the very large and comfortable deck, the hot tub and outdoor area. I loved the kitchen which is well equipped and has plenty of counter space. The beds were comfortable and all the bathrooms were large and lovely. Every room was clean and well supplied. Having the large garage in which to store our outdoor equipment (tubes, bikes, paddleboards, etc.) was a nice addition. VIP made it easy to check in & out. Their book had easy directions to follow. The cabin is set back in the pines and very quiet. Being close enough to the town for shopping and tubing down the San Juan was wonderful. It's a lovely spot and we all agreed that we would stay here again next year!

Great home with everything we needed for a family vacation. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking abs cleaning and the laundry was convenient for our week long stay. The property has plenty of out door space for the kids and pets and we enjoyed watching the mule deer move around in the mornings and evenings. The full size bathrooms were a plus. And everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Communication with the VIP staff was excellent and all communications were replied to promptly. We hope to visit again later this year when the snow is better!

We've stayed at this property twice and we love it. Beautiful spot. Lots of room. Close to town and Wolf Creek.

We rented this house for a family ski/snowboard trip. The house is very spacious and well furnished. Beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of room for the whole family to sleep and enjoy meals together. Will definitely rent again if we are back in the area.

House was great. Hot tub rocked. Kids enjoyed the Xbox, but were bummed the pinball machine was out of order. Also liked that the car fit in the garage and the hot laundry was great for hanging up ski gear. All in all really enjoyed the house.

Overall it was a great stay. Place is perfect and 10 people do not make it seem small at all. Beds were comfy and plenty of extra mattresses and such so that you are not on top of each other. Only issue was the BBQ. It was so greased over that i could barely get a flame. Tried to call and email on a Sunday and did not get an email back till next day. Kinda sucked as I had to do my best to cook some burgers. Other issue is security deposit. We checked out 8 days ago and I still have not got my deposit. Checked in with them and they said Once we complete our exit inspection, we process those. You can usually expect 7-15 days That seems a bit of a long stretch. Funny how places sure take the money right away, but take forever to give it back

We loved our stay at this cabin. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and rooms were equipped with everything we needed. We also loved the hot tub. Would definitely stay there again!!!

The house is awesome. Perfect size for our large family. We had plenty of room. The house is in a great location and the kitchen is well stocked. We loved the hot tub on the porch. We had an amazing snow storm and the kids had fun making snow people.
