Pool is Open! Game Room - WiFi-Private Hot Tub-Wraparound Porch in Smoky Cove

I’m very patient & tried to be understanding about the first few issues, but the number of problems throughout our stay became unacceptable. Upon arrival, we inspected the cabin as we always do & immediately found the large jet tub in the master bedroom had not been cleaned. There were bugs & cobwebs inside, so my husband cleaned & sanitized it himself. We noticed damaged tile and soft spots in the master bathroom near the tub that appeared to be water damage so we informed owner. None of the exterior fan lights were working, making it difficult to see at night. We notified the host & maintenance came the next day, although we replaced one bulb ourselves. We checked in Memorial Day weekend & one of the main reasons I booked this cabin was the listing stated the pool was open. It was not. The host could not explain why and offered access to another pool about 8 miles away, which was inconvenient. The pool eventually opened a few days later. By Tuesday, the hot tub smelled bad & was low on water with no chlorine. After contacting the host again, maintenance had to completely drain & refill it because it was so dirty, despite assurances it had been cleaned before our arrival. We also found a pair of folded white tube socks in a kitchen utensil drawer, clearly left behind by a previous guest. With the cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, & inaccurate amenities, it was obvious the property had not been properly cleaned or inspected before our arrival. We left disappointed.

The cabin was great, hot tub was clean and water temp perfect, kitchen was well stocked with supplies needed to cook, beds were comfortable and clean. My 14 and 7 year old sons loved the game room with bunk beds. The wrap around porch with rocking chairs and porch swing were perfect for enjoying the outdoors. There are a few cabins around the area but it felt more secluded with the surrounding trees and space between them. Would recommend! We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay! The upstairs area was great for my daughter and her friend, they loved having their own space. The hot tub was great and private. Communication with the host was easy and seamless. I would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay. Beds were comfy, water was hot, and air conditioning was cool! Only complaint we had was the lighting needs updated. Difficult to see in the kitchen when cooking and washing dishes. Otherwise great stay!

We have never slept so good when staying away from home! My husband and I stayed there with our 5 year old daughter and she thought it was magical. The cabin was clean and felt very homey. The location was private and secluded, with the convenience of being minutes away from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The hot tub was a great way to end our busy days. We would return in a heartbeat for our next trip!

Jen was a wonderful host and easy to contact if anything needed although we really didn’t need to since everything was so great and exactly as pictured and described. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My fiancé and I stayed here as this was his first time in Pigeon forge. We absolutely loved the location of the cabin We loved the cabin. however the cleanliness of the cabin was not great at all. Over all it was an amazing stay and we enjoyed the cabin very much. I think someone needs to go behind the housekeepers to make sure they are cleaning properly.

The cabin itself was so beautiful, spacious, so homey. The owners are so sweet, they had complimentary snacks & charcoal for the grill, all the pots, pans, seasonings for foods, bowls plates.. all the basic necessities you would need. Communication between the owner is amazing. Very lovely people. The Hottub is very nice as well, but due to being out exploring I didn’t get a chance to get in. The bed.. omg I slept liked a baby. There was a jacuzzi in the master room. Upstairs there was games, pool table, bunk beds, the kids loved watching tv from the top bunk. So very peaceful. The pool is in the resort, big enough for about 6-7 families. The only complaint I have is that we didn’t see a bear. I would stay here every weekend if I could.

Wife and two small children stayed here. Everyone had a blast. Beds were great, hot tub was great, everything was great!

The house was nice and clean for the most part. Some stuff could have been better… more then 2 coffee mugs, fans were dusty , and remotes were not in the best shape….. the hot tub was nice however since it was on ground level with no railing we were nervous about using it in the dark
