This home is wonderful! 2 madter suites and a whole room of bunk beds. We went to the resorts the boys snowboarded The house was clean and the layout was great. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful property close to Bear Mountain, with adequate space for large party.....a bit of an awkward layout, but sufficient for our purposes. There is a step down into living room which was not ideal for our son in a wheelchair, but we bought a scrap piece of wood at the diy center and made a makeshift ramp. Some of the remotes did not work, and previous party had left behind some trash and messy spaces that were not addressed by cleaning crew. Would have been nice if walkway to front door was shoveled. All in all we had a great time.

The property was as expected the only issue was the rooms listed as four bedroom. Only two of the rooms were private the master bedroom and the queen bedroom with the fire place. The bunk bed room you had to pass through in order to go to the other two bedrooms and other bathroom. You also had to enter a bed room to enter the garage. That bedroom in particular was very cold and nobody ended occupying that room after the first night because of it. The home overall was cozy and warm. The majority of our time was spent in the living room and garage playing pool and shuffle board. The backyard was snowed in so couldn't really enjoy it but the view was amazing. House was a great size for us and the kitchen had all ware needed for cooking meals and huge dining table for us all. Overall wonderful experience and would recommend.

We had a nice time at Ponderosa. I will say the pictures show it to be a little more modern and bigger than it actually is. It’s pretty out dated. Furniture was ancient. Comfortable beds. Nice big table for Thanksgiving meal with a big family.

The home is nice. Good location if you like being in town. Quiet neighborhood. I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The kitchen window had a lot cobwebs. There was more on the kitchen lights that I had to remove. The master toilet was black around the rim. I left the house cleaner then when we got there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This home was better than we anticipated. It has many more upgrades than the photos show. It also had a garage full of activity’s for the kids that was not listed or shown in the pictures.

This was the perfect place to have a family gathering. We had grandparents, daughters, son in laws and grandchildren. The house accommodates outside activities, the garage is set up as a game room, the large dining table let us all eat together and play board games. The weather was also perfect.

Here is the complaint I filed last Sunday, 7/5. They said they would get back to me in 1-3 days, but they have not. As your records should show, last Thursday, July 2nd was our check-in day. As we were on our way to the property, I got a call from your office saying that the washing machine was not working and could not be repaired in time for our three night stay. It was agreed that we would discuss compensation/reimbursement for this problem. (and it was a problem as our group was nine active people who could have used a washing machine. Other problems that developed during our stay: 1) washing machine not working; 2) dishwasher worked, but the garbage disposal did not, so when we did a load of dishes the water would back up into both of the kitchen sinks, making them both disgusting and unusable; 3) We opened the entryway closet to find a messy pile of junk, making that closet unusable. I have photos. 4) The patio and all the patio furniture was covered with a thick layer of dust so we had to wipe down the table, chairs, railings and gas grill. I have photos 5) there were no dishtowels at all and only one roll of paper towels so we had to go purchase those items to clean off the patio and for use in the kitchen during our stay; 6) There were only four bath towels and four hand towels for nine people for a three night stay. Five more bath towels and some hand towels were delivered, but that is inadequate for nine people when the washing machine is not functioning. 7) The side yard where the exterior bedroom door opened was a pile of junk which included a trash can full of empty beer bottles and other trash. I have photos. 8) We were surprised to see the notice on the refrigerator saying that there was no trash collection, and we were responsible to haul all the trash to the local trash collector or face an unreasonable per-bag fee from you. That was an big inconvenience and that requirement should have been brought to my notice ahead of time. 9) Our check out time was 11am. However, this morning at 8:24am I received a text from your office saying another guest was coming so we were instructed to be out by 10am. In other words, the other guest were entitled to courtesy, but we were not. 10) I called your office to discuss at 2:49pm this afternoon. Your voice-mail system was an endless loop that did not connect to anyone. Altogether, the customer service was really, really poor. The property was not ready for guests.

Property location is great, there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Plenty of parking on large driveway. Everyone said beds they slept in were comfortable. Garage/Game room had plenty do do. No a/c which I knew may be issue depending on time of year but there were quite a few fans around house so it was very comfortable. Overall great stay and I would recommend house. A couple of items that need attention, garbage disposal inoperative, just buzzed when turned on, washing machine does not work, was unplugged, plugged in and it just made clicking noise. Refrigerator was cool but never got things cold enough although freezer worked fine.
