Small cabin two bedroom with a queen and full bed, two bathrooms, in a wooded area with a park and Ruidoso River near the back of our property. Our cabins are rustic log on the outside and as comfortable as home on the inside with kitchens that include everything from the stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot down to cookware. Charcoal bbq grill. We also furnish your linens, towels, blankets. Pet friendly with approval and fees, per night per pet.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025The cabin was a bit rough and run down for my taste. Not particularly dirty but definitely not what I'd call clean. All rooms were smaller than expected and several repairs both inside and out are needed.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025We enjoyed the closeness to town with having the feeling of being in the woods. The cabin was very clean. The couch is so low to floor it was hard to get out of with bad knees. Overall I would recommend this property.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023Loved the peaceful location and view, while being so close to midway shops. We stayed in the least appointed and cheapest cabin on the property. The cabin needed some basic maintenance work but everything worked. The views and location made the less than luxurious stay worth it, for us.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022The cabin we rented did not meet our expectations. I called the main office the next morning (we checked in after 9p) and told the receptionist I had concerns. The manager came to our cabin right away. She asked us to show her our concerns and was genuinely concerned. She offered us another cabin on property or a refund. We decided to take the refund and finish our trip with family. I was impressed with Tracy's response to our concerns and willingness to resolve the problem. We will definitely book with her again.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022Check in was easy, they were nice and friendly, location was great you are in the middle of town but it definitely doesn't feel like it. Overall no complaints, would book again.
