Our lakefront home is located in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, close to many popular attractions and outdoor activities.

• If you declined VRBO’s travel insurance, we strongly recommend purchasing your own through a third-party provider. Please note that our cancellation policy is strict, and we are unable to issue refunds for unexpected travel delays or changes, emergencies, weather conditions, illness, or any other travel-related circumstances.
• To confirm reservation, all guests must provide ID information.
• All guests should sign the additional agreement before check-in - Guest Liability Waiver and Release
If guest refuses to do so, the host has the right to cancel booking through support team

A maximum of 2 pets is allowed
Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, or any furniture
Failure to follow these rules will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee.
