Come ride the trails out the back door of the cabin! Cozy cabin located on 40 acres surrounded by state land, centrally located between Petoskey, Indian River and Wolverine with direct access to trails. In the south east corner of Emmet county, the cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. 5 beds (4 twin, 1 queen) are located upstairs and are bunk house style with semi privacy. Stayed Aug 25, 2023Great little cabin tucked off the road. We just needed a relaxing weekend and it was easy to do that here. We grilled and enjoyed nature when we weren’t out visiting Petoskey and Lake Michigan, which is about 20 minutes away. We plan on coming back in the future, maybe renting all 3 cabins with family.

Stayed Aug 11, 2023This property was so clean and nice! It really exceeded our expectations. Everything was also very well maintained. We are from Indiana and we're coming into town for a wedding in Indian River and it was very easy to get there and back. The owner lives nearby so was accessible if needed. The upstairs is bunk house style, which was a lot of fun! We also got to visit with friends we hadn't need in a long time. It rained most of the time we were there but the outdoor seating area looked very nice as well.

Stayed Feb 25, 2023Place was warm and close to the trails. Sleeping arrangements were a little different than I expected but worked out well. The bedrooms are in common area upstairs with walls separating but no doors. No one complained about my snoring so must have been ok
