Pet/Family Friendly, Hot Tub, Fireplace, Game Room

It was terrible the places was dirty there was mold in the ac and it look like the house was not clean for a long time the where spider web and a lot of dust broken cabinets there where safety concerns base on Vrbo policy they still didn’t do anything about telling us to wait after sending proof and everything we will be taking this case with the Better Business Bureau

The brochure indicated that it had fireplace. Fireplace did not work. There was no water pressure. The house definitely needed to be updated. Here three days was long enough. The brochure looked better than the place really looked. The best thing was the hot tube. Would not stay there again!

Fireplace wasnt working, hot tub full of algae,Wasnt enough seating for meals.Bathrooms moldy. Host was probably AI. Not responsive at all.

The cabin was a really lovely weekend break for a small group (5 adults), it has an intimate feel, the hosts were lovely and communicated well! Hot tub was clean, everything was as described in the post!

Fun times with family in a nice cabin in an awesome setting.

This cabin was very cozy and had plenty of space for my teenage son and pre-teen daughter to spread out and have their own space. We spent most of our evenings together in the family room playing games or watching a movie. The cabin is located in a beautiful, quiet community. It was a short 5 minute walk from the cabin to the community's outdoor pool, which is well maintained. The cabin is also conveniently located--an easy drive to downtown Berkeley Springs and the Cacapon State Park.

Quiet spot to enjoy nature with your Family

It was a great place to stay but wished it would have been cleaner. We still enjoyed it, especially the hot tub!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. We all enjoyed games and the hot tub and the fall foliage! This is a perfect cabin for a large family. We came with our dog and he loved it too. It’s a beautiful, remote resort community that is still close enough to Berkeley Springs. Conor the host was wonderful! He was very responsive and sent very helpful info before check in! I would recommend following his instructions for finding the cabin as GPS took us to a property close by. The cabin is slightly dated, but that is to be expected in this type of home and I think it added to the comfy cozy feel. It was cleaner than most of my VRBO rentals! Always a plus. Overall, I hope to be back for our next visit to WV! I would recommend this cabin for your stay in Berkeley Springs!

The cabin was located in a peaceful neighborhood near to all kinds of activities. We enjoyed quiet evenings as a family after busy days out and about.
