On the first floor, you will find a small but well equipped kitchen with eat-in dining. The coffee maker is a Keurig so bring your pods for a fresh cup of Java. Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and other furnishings. Each bedroom has a TV for late night watching or movies for the kids. Please note that the bathroom is on the main floor.

This cabin is located on an easily accessible, quiet circle and sits about 100 yards from the river frontage. The cabin is about 100 yards from the river sitting on property with joint property river access. Right from the adjacent property, you can fish, swim or go tubing. The outdoor screened in porch is very large and has multiple chairs and a table for outdoor dining. There is also a really nice firepit for those cool evenings making smore's and memories with your loved ones.

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies, and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin, and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away, and unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
*There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.

FEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $350 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $350 REFUNDABLE damage deposit.

✨ Peace of Mind & Travel Insurance:
I want your stay to be stress-free and enjoyable. Please note that this home has a strict cancellation policy. Because life can be unpredictable, we encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for extra peace of mind. This way, you can book with confidence knowing you’re protected no matter what comes up. This can be done at www.insuremytrip.com where you can pick the coverage that suits your situation.

The cabin was very cozy! Loved all the quilts and throws. The fireplace, the porch bed swings. I fell down the stairs the first day! But I’m ok. The dog was too little to maneuver the steps going down she fell too. But we got the hang of it and truly enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay so much! Keith & Cathy were always available when we called. It's such a cozy cabin. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking breakfast etc. Watching the horses, drinking our morning cup of coffee, while swinging on back porch swing was my favorite part of each day. My husband and son loved the front screened in porch. The weather was perfect. It was simply amazing. We definitely want to come again. Thank you so much!

It was a perfect little cabin for my Dad and me. We were able to access the park easily for fishing and the surrounding area of the cabin was just beautiful.

We loved the area as it was quiet and scenic. There was a horse pasture behind the house which was great. The porch and bed swings were relaxing and comfortable. We tried grilling one night but rodents had apparently been nesting in the grill so there were some unexpected flames. Overall we loved it and would stay again.

Absolutely loved this cabin and it’s location. Access to the river is great and a perfect spot for snorkeling with several deep areas on Little River.
