Pet-Friendly Outdoor Paradise w/ Grill, Decks

Nicely located with views from Loess Hills bluffs, but not far off a good road. Small but well equipped kitchen, lots of seating, quiet bedrooms. My dog loved the terraced meadows where he could run off-leash.

This was a wonderful quiet, tranquil place to stay amidst the beauty of the hills. The house was great and stocked with everything and anything a body would need to get away. Great place & highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our weekend away here. We played lots of games, made yummy meals and went to Nebraska City to the AppleJack festival. The jacuzzi was nice and warm and very clean! The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable! Just driving 45 minutes out of Omaha to here- made us feel unplugged and relaxed! And it used to be a winery!!! How cute is that! Loved it!

Everything was wonderful. Great place for a girl's weekend getaway. Had alot of laughs with ping pong, bags, ring on the string and the hot tub was awesome. Owners are right next door but never saw them. Seemed liked we were in our own little world.

A little slice of heaven! We loved our stay! Everything was exactly as described. Our favorite part was how quiet it was. Perfect getaway for peace & quiet. We came on the hottest weekend of the summer but the shade of the trees actually made it bearable to sit outside. We enjoyed the board games, hot tub & cooking in the kitchen. They really did a wonderful job making sure you have everything you need to feel right at home! We will definitely be back again. Thanks again Amy!

We had a great time and the kids enjoyed all the games available and the ping pong table. It was a little weird being directly next to the neighbors/property owners who were mowing and doing their lawn care. Slightly awkward to look out the window and see them in their house. I did know that going in though. Other than that we were about 30ish minutes from Omaha and activities we were interested in. The house was very clean and well kept, had everything you could want in a rental. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor area was great! We even had a kitty come and visit. I would stay again if in the area! This was our halfway point from Kentucky to Wyoming.

This was a fantastic stay! It was cozy, quiet, and very clean. It's clear this place is loved by the hosts. The decor is delightful and there are little touches throughout the space that let you know your comfort and enjoyment are top priority. We loved being tucked away in nature, had all the utensils needed for cooking our meals, and kept entertained with ping pong and board games galore. The hosts' home is also on the property but we didn't see them at all- it really feels very private and secluded. Beautiful sunrises and views for miles. We didn't dip in the hot tub but it was there and ready for us had we decided to. This is a true gem- we hope we can return soon and enjoy another escape from the hustle and bustle of city life! We highly recommend this stay to anyone and everyone!!

The cottage and property were well kept, clean and provided many essentials for my families’ stay. The communication with the owners was excellent! The detail and decorating made the cottage feel like home. The price of the cottage was amazing! I would highly recommend this vacation home

Property was exactly as listed. Beds were comfortable, we slept 6 in this house comfortably. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the large deck and overlook in the woods. The cell service wasn't good, wifi was ok.

We loved the peaceful cabin after spending all day at the baseball field. The grandson enjoyed the hot tub after playing baseball and all the board games.

Loved our stay in this lovely home! Well stocked kitchen, lots of outdoors areas to enjoy and solitude. Limited cell service so prepare ahead of time. But WiFi is available and there’s plenty to do - games, puzzles, books, hot tub, etc. We will be back!

What a great place to stay! So peaceful and quiet. The kids enjoyed exploring outside, playing on the decks and looking for the kitties. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and an overall great set up for our family. We would definitely consider this house for a return trip.

Beautiful cabin and exterior decks with a covered area. Close to the owners home but still felt private. Clean and well stocked.Remote but close to everything. Want to explore Nebraska City and the several options there it’s within 25 minutes. Need gas and a few basic items? Tabor is 7 miles away. Omaha? We were to the zoo in 30 minutes. Located in the beautiful Loess Hills with trails at Waubonsie State Park 15 minutes away. Host’s were very responsive and even offered shelter in their own home if the storms in the area during the evenings of our stay produced tornadoes.
