Good to Know Before You Book

Pet Policy

Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin in order to preserve the freshness and comfort of the space for future guests.

EV Charger Information

This property does not offer an EV charging station. Nearby fast charging stations are available at Choctaw Casino.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.

Event Policy

Small events and gatherings may be allowed at the cabin, and a small event fee may apply. Please reach out before your stay to discuss your plans. While we may be able to accommodate more people for events, only the maximum sleeping occupancy is allowed to stay overnight at the cabin.

Nature & Environment

One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during their stay.

Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.

During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.

Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.

What To Bring

We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.

Starter Supply Details

Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:

• Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags

• Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies

• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

• Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent

• Coffee supplies (pods, grounds, filters, creamer, sugar)

• Hot tub chlorine for guest use as directed

These items are intended to get your stay started and are not restocked.

WiFi Disclaimer

WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not considered an essential service of the property. Because cabins are located in rural wooded areas, connectivity and speeds may vary due to weather conditions or regional outages.

Fireplace Disclaimer

Fireplaces are available seasonally from October through April for guest enjoyment.

Closing

Joyful Pines is a lovely match for families and friend groups who want a Broken Bow cabin with a warm, polished feel and plenty of room to enjoy time together. The mix of inviting interiors, outdoor lounging, and pet-friendly flexibility makes it especially easy to settle in.

From lazy afternoons in the hammocks to evenings around the firepit, this cabin offers a relaxed, memorable way to enjoy Broken Bow and Hochatown.

Let’s start by saying wow! We came to visit during June and it rained and loved it brought out the beautiful windows and cabin vibes. We loved the layout of the cabin everything being spaced out. The rooms were amazing and a vibe. We really enjoyed the kids room with its private patio.! The bathrooms all were amazing and really thought through.! The fire pit area was amazing and the outside lights at night with the rain was an amazing sight! I try and book my family and I a broken bow trip every year for whatever occasion. And loved how close we were to so many activities, casino (5 min. away), and more just a short drive away. And it is a corner cabin which wasn’t too bad you don’t really hear traffic and it does have its own area. Absolutely will be coming back. Also does have an area with a bed my niece sat in there and just read her book was relaxing she said. The climbing course and rope course was definitely a hit for my niece. thank you again for this awesome experience.

This place was awesome, lots of space outside with different activities around the house, big furnished kitchen, very clean, tvs everywhere, and a hot tub that actually gets hot! If I had a complaint it would be that the “cool” couch is not made for sitting, it’s hard as a rock, but we spent most of our trip outside. Would definitely book again next year!!!

We arrived exhausted and cold but the cabin soon warmed our hearts. It’s beautifully decorated. We very much appreciated the dog friendly accommodations.

Our family had a great stay at this house. The house was very comfortable, and the backyard was amazing. We were even lucky enough to see the Aurora lights one night.

My family of 5 that includes 3 boys (13, 9, and 7) went to this cabin, along with Mom and Aunt that are in their 70's. We all had a WONDERFUL time! The cabin was beautiful and had so many windows. We roasted hot dogs and made smores at the huge firepit. The hot tub was great to hop into every night. We played cornhole and the boys never were bored because there was so much they could do. The cabin feels private but it's also close to everything which was nice. Highly recommend this cabin!

There were 6 of us, this home is laid out perfectly for the number of people we had, two master suites and an upstairs room that was perfect for teens. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped, I didn’t need anything I couldn’t find. Take some clothes and your food and you’re set. The outdoor amenities were wonderful, hot tub, games, a fire pit and more. Be sure to take advantage of this beautiful facility.
