Perch - Modern & Tranquil 3BR Cabin

Beautiful house, right near a trailhead! Very quiet, with a lovely view. I've actually booked the same location a second time already. I had a lot of questions and some technical troubles with booking, but the property manager was very kind, patient, and helpful.

The property was very clean (except for a filthy coffee maker) but it is definitely no frills compared to other places we've stayed. It's in a quiet neighborhood but the description of the property is a bit misleading. The lake view and on a lake means there is a small shallow pond filled with algae on the edge of the back yard. There are front and back porches but there is no furniture on either so they are useless. There is a fireplace but it didn't work for us. The biggest issue is the air conditioning - there is only one unit to cool the entire place and it's in the living room. There is no A/C in the bedrooms and they remained quite warm for us no matter how cold we made the living room. All in all, it's not a horrible place if you don't expect much, but it was quite cozy for six adults.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! Perfect place to stay for our son's wedding in the area. Check-in was wonderful and great location! Very clean home and was perfect for our family.

If you are going to be spending several days or more in Mount Rainer National Park, Ashford is the best place to stay as it's just 5 min from the park entrance. There are plenty of restaurants and a couple general store / grocery mart options. Perch was tucked into a secluded, peaceful neighborhood with lots of wild life and gorgeous views. The inside was super nice with comfy furniture and beds. There's a charcoal grill on the back porch that was nice to grill up some burgers while watching all the geese hang out in the pond in the backyard. We'll definitely stay here again!

Very clean beautiful home. Even though it was in a little community it was still more secluded than the other ones. The beds were very comfy. It was a great place to get away.

Nice, comfortable, well stocked home located right outside Mt Rainier National Park. Lovely little pond at back of property where we saw a family of deer spend the evening. Easy check in and out.

Great location and home!

We had a great time staying - lots of space for our group to spread out, could see a family of deer wandering around from the back patio, a short drive away from Mt Rainier National Park, big kitchen with the essentials, surprisingly good WiFi, and comfy beds and couch. The TV in the living room did not have Netflix available as an App to download which requires us to connect a computer via HDMI to watch a movie to unwind at the end of the night. We thought this was a bit unusual compared to other places we have stayed so I thought I’d mention in case helpful to others when packing for their stay. Overall a great place and we are already talking about a visit next year!

Clean comfortable house in a neighborhood in Ashford. Easily accessible hiking trails from house. Close to the entrance of Mt Raini er National Park. Highly recommend! Grocery shop before you arrive in Ashford as there are limited resources. resources for
