Penthouse w/ Boho Loft, Jacuzzi, + Balcony -3 BR

Host was very responsive! Loved the loft room and the jacuzzi tub! The place was beautiful but older. Had some issues with the plumbing leaking, needs updated. Very dark getting in after sunset, you have to walk around to the back and not much light. They don't allow use of the laundry facilities unless you pay extra and then limited to 2 loads of laundry. I feel like that should have been stated on the site, not found out the day before checkin.

Cabin was very cozy. Kids loved the loft space and hot tub. Water was hot and heat was abundant once we got it figured out. Host was very responsive with all questions during stay. New deck going on while we were there but hardly noticed any work being done. Beds were comfortable and all amenities as expected.

It was exactally as it said it was, cozy cabin by the river. We had the penthouse and did not hear any of our neighbors. The view was beautiful. We were far enough off the beaten path to be relaxing but close enough to go out very a bit.

Everything we expected and more!!!

Beautiful views and everything was so comfortable, especially the couch and the master bedroom. My sister said the loft bed was also very comfortable. She enjoyed working out on the balcony with the river view. We all enjoyed hanging on the balcony with the neighborhood cat. Only negative was that the washer and dryer had a Do Not Use sign and we had come from another stay at a BnB in Weston and had really been wanting to wash a load of laundry when we got there.

Its really a beautiful rental and the host was quick to reply with any questions we had. Ultra clean and easy to acces with a great sunset view of the river. Only issue we had was that we stayed during a muggy heatwave (96 degrees), and the upper boho loft was to warm for us to sleep in comfortably so we skept in the lower level bedroom.

Perfect place to stay while visiting family in town!

I would not stay here again or recommend it. It was dark and dated and needs a good deep clean. It was hot, and the units didn’t not cool it to a comfortable temperature until into the night. The place and the furniture needs updating and some maintenance. The layout was awkward, and the photos make it look way better than it is. Also, it is not a child-friendly space.The trash was not taken out from the previous occupant either.it was not a great neighborhood either.

Clean and just as described

Was in town for a loss in the family; Anthony was accommodating and the place was comfortable. Everything was well communicated about directions etc. parking is limited; and parked on the other side of the shop and Anthony contacted me to make sure we moved so we didn’t get towed. I think the heat was on when we arrived because it was so hot but by the second day we figured out the floor heater was on in the bathroom. If you stay in the loft; it is warmer. Steps are slick going up to the loft and there isn’t really a railing so be careful! If you bring a dog, be prepared for other dogs and a cat to be walking around. Otherwise, very nice stay and really enjoyed the sunsets! I think the rental was once an old grill, or restaurant possibly sunset grill or something and seeing all the details and interesting doorways etc was neat!

Booked due to being in my sisters wedding- so I had to be in and out for setting up reception hall. Saying this, I wish I had more time to spend at the bnb on its own. It was beautiful, clean and peaceful.Normal house amenities (fridge& microwave) were on site. Plenty of space to set up my dog's kennel so he had his own space as well.I don't recommend anyone that gets hot easy to take the twin bed room due to air flow, but leaving the door open at night helps.I wish I knew what brand the mattresses were because they were SO comfortable! You really could get the best sleep on those beds.Overall lovely stay.Wish i knew what type of mattresses t

We had an amazing time and the host was super great! A little scary being that close to the river, but we did get to see a couple boats go up the river which my kiddos had never seen! Great experience!! Would stay again!!!!

Me and my boyfriend was skeptical at first but after we got in completely we were amazed! We grilled out back we really enjoyed our time. Beautiful place will be recommending and will be back again!

Super cute space! The jacuzzi tub was wonderful and the main reason we chose this location.

It is JUST as charming as the pictures. The view is fabulous and for the most part it was clean. However- did find a used qtip.. that was cringy. The location is a bit sketchy (kinda in an industrial area. ) loves the stay and it wa beautiful but we arrived in the dark and it was a little scary. Also, it which and the steps to the second floor were VERY icy. My fault for not letting the property manager know because I bet he would’ve fixed it because he’s super responsive.
