This was a beautiful, secluded, creekside retreat! We appreciated every moment of the stay. The cabin was clean and fully stocked. Thank you again!
Amazing log cabin home in rural setting with privacy, peace and quiet. Close to Asheville. Home has everything you need. Enjoyed the seclusion, running stream and wildlife decor in home. Our dog was in heaven with the fenced yard and stream.
If your looking for a secluded cozy home with mountain view,a nice running downhill(mini waterfalls) creek this is it. The creek was running fast and peacefully loud to where you think it's raining. Nice firepit next to the creek to roast marshmallows and my 15 year old daughter& myself hiked up some of the bluff on the other side of the creek. The house was charming and was perfect for three of us. If you have 4 wheel or AWD the drive from gate will be no problem. There are three or four holes right near gate entrance on the upslope that need to be filled. If it's raining like it was when we arrived, you better plan on hitting the accelerator and bouncing through or you won't get up the slope. No rain, not bad-but holes are there. Overall I recommend this cabin and very much enjoyed our stay!
Very nice, clean house on quiet, private road. The creek was great, everything was clean and the hosts were responsive. Thank you!
My wife and I were celebrating our 24th anniversary. This place was so beautiful and relaxing. The sounds of the creek and the nature were so nice. We felt so secluded yet it was so conveniently located. You will not be disappointed by staying here.
Great place to stay. Great views. Quiet. Not far to get to things
My fiancé and I booked this cabin as a romantic get away in the mountains, We set the bar pretty low being that we live in FL. Upon arrival our expectations were beyond exceeded. We realized immediately that there was enough entertainment in the cabin we didn’t feel the need to go out into town as much. You’re greeted with a welcoming basket and a very clean and tidy kept house. Staying in October gave us the opportunity to utilize both the upstairs fireplace while watching TV and the downstairs fireplace while playing in the game room. (There were so many different GAMES!) Also there is enough room in the cabin you could comfortably have 2 couples or a family with kids stay very comfortably. NOW onto the REAL reason this cabin won our hearts. There is a creek that runs along side the property that borders the outside fire pit. The sound of the water rushing down the mountain when you step outside the cabin to get greeted with a beautiful Mountain View. If you’re looking for that relaxing mountain get away with enough entertainment to not have to leave look no further! We could not get enough and we are looking forward to booking again next year??
