>Shenandoah Flow House is conveniently located on a beautiful ~4 acre waterfront property along the scenic South Fork of the Shenandoah River with stunning river views and private river access (hosts provide 2 kayaks, life vests, and fishing gear).

>Private river access is a short walk across the street w/ stairs leading into the river (check out the exterior photos).

>The easy in/out access to Shenandoah Flow House is a BIG plus, especially during the winter & inclement weather. NO STEEP, SCARY GRAVEL ROADS TO NAVIGATE IN THE DARK :)

>Conveniently located ~30 min from Skyline Drive and the Thornton Gap entrances to Shenandoah National Park and popular mountain trails.

>10 min from Shenandoah River Adventures

**Shenandoah has a rich train history and there is a fun train museum in town. Trains are a common occurrence across the area and there are train tracks that run across the mountain behind the house, which our guests find charming and kids think its awesome. We installed nearly sound proof windows on the rear and our many guests sleep well, including us, and we are VERY light sleepers.
